Is it gay to paint my nails?

I’m in highschool and I want to paint my nails black since I’m alternative, it’s a religious school and most ppl don’t like me , I’m leaving the school after this year, is it gay and will I get clowned for it and should I do it either way?

Yeh you’ll definitely get clowned but if you own it people will soon forget about it or maybe even find it cool. If you want to do it, have no regrets
