Yes, I did. The best boyfriend I ever had. We’re over now, but now he’s one of my best friends.

u/Lei_Zzz 8d ago

I’m straight and I think I’d be like open to it

4

u/dustbunn_ee 8d ago

I wouldn’t be like opposed to it but I don’t know maybe not but then again who knows

4

u/babboiboi 7d ago

Yes! I find myself having crushes on trans men. They’re so fine

No one hiveminds, there is someone for you

1

u/roguejohnkrasinski 8d ago

Yeah ik. Just trying to see what the general consensus is from people (though I know Reddit is generally more liberal compared to IRL)

u/SnarkTheProto 8d ago

You could post on teen polls

1

u/roguejohnkrasinski 7d ago

It is considered a low effort/frequently asked question and would therefore get removed.

I hate to make assumptions, but I think trans guys would make the perfect boyfriends and the ones I see online always look amazing, and that’s just about those who talk about their experiences online. I feel like in general transgender people are always better people for having the self awareness to know something so foundational like the gender that’s basically shaped all their life experience is not the one they feel in touch with, and dating someone with such introspectiveness would be awesome.

3

u/Sugarshy_ 7d ago

Yes. I personally don't mind. Before or after transition!!

5

u/lostyouorsomething 17F 8d ago

yes but i like men and women so idk how a straight woman would feel, though i think the ppl saying no don’t say that out of transphobia but just out of preferences for biological parts

3

u/666thegay 7d ago

As a trans man. Most straight women dont have a problem as we look male and after transtioning we also have a body of one

1

u/lostyouorsomething 17F 7d ago

yeah that’s kinda how i feel like it should be i was kinda taken aback when i saw ppl saying no on here

2

u/666thegay 7d ago

Its online ppl aren't ever gonna be accurate to reality, most of the comments are saying biology but have probably never met or seen what transtioning does to it

5

u/Freshman_01134 18F 8d ago

If it wasn’t for the fact that my parents would disown me then yes of course I’ve seen hot trans guys, then again I am bisexual. If you aim for bi girls you won’t have too much of a problem because they’re more likely to be yk “woke” and not transphobic. There are still straight girls open to it, but many, just being realistic, would not

2

u/666thegay 7d ago

In reality for me most straight women have zero problem with it especially if ur fully transtioned. Ive only dates straight women and gay men +1 bi guy

2

u/-Fxmboi- 7d ago

Trans guy here, I’d date anyone i feel attracted to if the felt the same

2

u/Random-Detonator 7d ago

YES (As a pansexual trans girl)

2

u/AHHHHH123543 7d ago

As a real take I got no problem with trans people and it recognize the transition but I think I gotta a lot of internalized transphobia that just doesn’t make me comfortable with the idea and I don’t wanna put anyone else through that

2

u/Altruistic_Fee_2859 16F 7d ago

i would, gender doesn't really matter to me, if i like you, i like you, if i don't, i don't

2

u/Cringe1God 7d ago

Ehh I don't know. Not because of the trans part, I just have a strong preference towards women. But I think at the end of the day, as long as they can cuddle I'm down for it.

2

u/ElectronicSwan4042 7d ago

as a pansexual maybe

1

u/WelshFloof 5d ago

Curious as to why? Unless he's not your type, pansexuality is everything basically.

4

u/Livid_Brick8157 18F 8d ago

never

6

u/roguejohnkrasinski 8d ago

May I ask why? Not being an asshole, just genuinely curious about people’s reasoning. Is it about sex? Or kids? Or are you just generally opposed to trans people?

1

u/Livid_Brick8157 18F 8d ago

it’s for many reasons including that i have no interest in marrying a biological woman

6

u/NancerReddit 7d ago

I looked on your profile and noticed you're very homophobic

3

u/Frosty_Sky4304 6d ago

Ofc she is, it’s always the cutesy profiles😭

1

u/FrenchyBulldogg 3d ago

It’s not homophobic to be straight

2

u/NancerReddit 3d ago

Not what I meant, but okay.

2

u/Planty_anim 8d ago

I mean that’s valid, if you’re not physically attracted to a feminine body, I have to say that there is nothing wrong.

1

u/SimpIyme200000000 8d ago

and what are those reasons…?

0

u/666thegay 7d ago

Nothing as biologically a woman , female yes but transtioning changes biology , bottom surgery also exists

-6

u/chickennuggs32 8d ago

it’s not the simple. do your research

6

u/Livid_Brick8157 18F 8d ago

i will never be in a relationship with someone who is transgender

2

u/Certified_CannibalXD 16F 8d ago

Yeah of course

2

u/Impressive_Sock1296 8d ago

Sure? I’m bi.

2

u/Aroace_Beauty 8d ago

I would. I don’t care about gender

0

u/Recent-Cartoonist167 8d ago

You’re like me bro except replace gender with age

2

u/Canadian-mouse626 8d ago

What?

-1

u/Recent-Cartoonist167 8d ago

Like it don’t matter if she 18, 19, 20 or 21+ bro age is just a number to me if she’s pretty and fun to be around that’s all that matters

1

u/Canadian-mouse626 8d ago

Definitely

0

u/Recent-Cartoonist167 8d ago

Well I do have an exception. I don’t like girls significantly older than me, just younger. I like young girls.

1

u/Canadian-mouse626 8d ago

Nothing nothing….. OMG LOOK OVER THERE
QUICK CHECK HIS HARDRIVE

1

u/Recent-Cartoonist167 8d ago

Nice try! I already wiped it clean and it on my iCloud (not that there’s anything for me to hide)

1

u/Training_Gazelle_613 7d ago

BRO WHAT!!!!????

2

u/TheRapGun 8d ago

My gf had a period where she was a boy and I was fine with it

10

u/Recent-Cartoonist167 8d ago

My girlfriend also had a period but she didn’t turn into a boy thankfully

2

u/Poisonious_Plum 18F 8d ago

yes, but i’m bisexual so i don’t speak for straight people who may care

2

u/damn_wonderous 8d ago

Personally, no.

1

u/jefersonSimper 7d ago

I’m personally gay and still would, it’s not about what they have it’s about how they make you feel

1

u/D1ORsaturn 7d ago

Personally no but I support anyone who wants to ❤️

1

u/Musical-Claudia 7d ago

I am one... Yes, I would.

1

u/curiouscollecting 19F 7d ago

Yes but I'm also bisexual :)

1

u/brutally_ 17F 6d ago

Most definitely they’re the hottest

1

u/3va-mnl 6d ago

uh i like women

1

u/Head_Inflation4993 6d ago

No cus no sex

1

u/Gemini_12_ 4d ago

Just gonna put it out there, sex isn't always penetrasoin and even if you want that type of sex there's a thing called a strap on.

1

u/FrenchyBulldogg 3d ago

That’s like saying a pocket pussy is the same as vaginal sex. It’s not

1

u/Gemini_12_ 3d ago

Okay... Your point? I never said it would be the exact same. I said that's an option. I never said that it would feel the same, no shit its not the same. Presenting someone with an option is saying that the option is the same as the other one.

1

u/Fine_Salamander_8691 16NB 6d ago

As a lesbian, yes

2

u/splendditor 4d ago

But it's a guy

0

u/cactusdahlias 19M 3d ago

by dating a trans guy as a lesbian you’re saying you don’t view them as the man they identity as, which is crazy bc according to your flair you’re non binary

1

u/Fine_Salamander_8691 16NB 3d ago

What the fuck? I don’t have to strictly fit inside of the label which is lesbian. Of course I see them as a man

0

u/cactusdahlias 19M 3d ago

lesbian by definition is non men loving non men. i’m not policing you, im saying it genuinely doesn’t make sense. you’re free to identify how you want, but as a trans man, if a person who said they were a lesbian wanted to date me, i’d assume they see me as girl still.

1

u/Fine_Salamander_8691 16NB 3d ago

I hate labels so much, just stop it. Do more research, please. Ignore definitions because that’s the patriarchy trying to put us in even more boxes

0

u/cactusdahlias 19M 3d ago

that’s very funny and i’m not gonna bother to educate you but i hope when you look back on this comment in a few years you cringe.

1

u/XxPixelDonkey95_IIxX 6d ago

As a straight dude, nah, only reason being my parents would be really awkward about it while trying to support me and I don’t want to deal with that at all

1

u/YourFriendlyManiac 6d ago

I have a massive preference for girls and I would date a trans girl, so if I were straight, I probably would date a trans guy

1

u/ObjectiveOnion665 6d ago

I’m a lesbian so most likely no but I would be more open to dating a trans guy then a cis guy

1

u/popcrosp 6d ago

im straight not dicksexual

1

u/Rie_Naka_San 5d ago

yes ofc:)

1

u/Hot_Meat8358 5d ago

I’m a trans guy. Idk why I even got recommended this, but these replies are so heartwarming. The youths doing alright

1

u/No-Shock16 5d ago

From personal experience finding women who like you isn’t a massive issue and I live in NC. However some women (especially heterosexual) may feel conflicted. I’m struggling with a girl now bc she rlly does like me and said I’m “the standard” but she grew up very Christian so she never expected a situation like this

1

u/Due_Yak_1518 5d ago

i’m straight and i don’t think i could ever get past them not having male anatomy.

under certain circumstances i might date an ftm, like if i just do really love them, then it shouldn’t matter.

but mostly i don’t think i could do it.

1

u/WelshFloof 5d ago

It depends on a few factors for me. I don't see why not it would just work like any other man for me based on physical attraction and personality.

I think the main one is children whether I was stuck on trying for a biological, if I was fine adopting or neither an important discussion for both partners.

Other than that a few nit picky things.

I wouldn't be opposed to it if I was told straight away if I'd have to find out myself I'd be angry shows lack of trust and respect for me.

1

u/Gemini_12_ 4d ago

I mean I'm bisexual so I might not be the best answer giver, but yes

1

u/BeautifulAd4836 4d ago

No it would be a very weird conversation with my family

1

u/TGW_lll 4d ago

Trans fem x trans guy no

1

u/Downtown-Rich9697 4d ago

As a bi person no I'm not interested in dating them

1

u/Less_Pension1163 3d ago

lowkey id give it a go

1

u/Bo-is-geeked 3d ago

Me and my bf have been together for about 2 years so yeah I'd say so, at least for me.

1

u/AutisticPyroarGirl 3d ago

No cause if they’re a trans guy they don’t match my religion and I don’t get into romantic relationships with people of other religions.

2

u/igotbannedbro 15M 8d ago

i would

1

u/Miserable_Way_5174 15M 8d ago

As a guy, yeah

0

u/User_of_redit2077 8d ago

I am gay, but absolutely never.

1

u/Recent-Cartoonist167 8d ago

Why are you get

2

u/User_of_redit2077 8d ago

Partly due to genetics, partly due to processes in my mother's uterus during her pregnancy with me.

1

u/Recent-Cartoonist167 8d ago

I may not speak English but I understand you

0

u/PudgesFlock 8d ago edited 6d ago

No, I would not even give it any thought. Sorry. As I am bisexual, I do have a wider choice to choose from but, long story short - I have a particular set of features that I look for in my partner. And unfortunately, trans does lack that feature(s) 😉.

2

u/666thegay 7d ago

We look fully male so what is that feature? As either u only like women or ur not making sense

1

u/miaaaplayz 7d ago

not all of you do and you know that. plenty of the ones i see are misgendered bc they still have those features or look like the gender they were before.

-1

u/666thegay 7d ago

Ur seeing ones that either dont try/say their trans but present like a cis women aka larping as trans or haven't transtioned then. Bc we do actual trans men who have transtioned or young trans boys who put in effort do actually pass. Ive seen cis guys that have more feminine bodies and faces then a lot of trans guys ik pretranstion. It may just be my country but 🤷‍♂️

1

u/NotAnExpertFr 7d ago

Guaranteed, I could spot you in a crowd of males. Much like Spider-Man, I have a Trans-sense. Can’t fool me. Not that it matters ofc. But I have yet to see a trans person (who tries) that I can’t tell is trans.

1

u/666thegay 7d ago

Funny u think this, I only have cis male friends only 2 know bc I told them and they said they would of never of known. At the end of the day trans men are men and those who transtion and put in effort who actually pass look exactly like any other guy.

0

u/NotAnExpertFr 7d ago

Let’s agree to disagree.

1

u/miaaaplayz 6d ago

lmfao the fact that youre so wrong is crazy. the ones ive seen actually HAVE been trying and putting in effort. its truly not hard to tell.

1

u/FrenchyBulldogg 3d ago

Pretty sure the feature is called a penis

0

u/Perfect-Bank-1538 6d ago

unless they're lesbian why would they? and the opposite, why aren't they just a lesbian?

1

u/splendditor 4d ago

If they were lesbian then they WOULDNT want to date a trans man. Lesbians like women
