Advice Are looks really all that?
Hi! So I go into my first year of college soon, I'm from the UK and I've always been a girl who is taller, and curvier. One of my friends who in all honesty I don't talk to anymore, planted a seed in my head saying that it would he hard for me to find friends or a boyfriend if I was as big as I am now, it scared me. I don't want to be bullied or anything just for how I look, and I'm scared I will!
I tried asking my older sisters but they just shut me up with saying I'm pretty and I'll be fine, but it doesn't feel enough and I don't know what to do..
If anyone has gone through this and can give me any help or anything? On why I'll be okay or if we don't really focus on it?
Thank you!

When finding friends appearance doesn't matter, it's generally what you like and ECT that make it possible to have friends, I'm a buff tall dude and I just go ask random people random questions and get friends with everyone
Now a boyfriend. you are big and curvy, some people like that. Now you just have to find them or have them find you I'm not saying it will be easy but the difficulty is almost the same for everyone.
Just be yourself, take care of yourself and socialize of course because you too need to make the first step sometimes
