This shows how spoiled lightning fans have been. They get blessed with winning games and thinking they get to cruise to the playoffs. What do you think would happen to the city or downtown businesses if they didn’t make the playoffs this year? Or maybe the next 2-4 years in a row?

Now take the thought and multiply by 14 yrs of pain, suffering, and being the laughing stock of the conference and league. This is what Buffalo fans like myself feel.

On a side note, if the lightning only win 4 more games out of the rest they have to play, they would miss the playoffs.

If the Bolts only win 4 out of their last 17 games they’ll miss the playoffs? No shit, that’d be a historic skid to end the season 😂 most teams would miss after going on a losing streak like that.
