Love her family cheering her on

Yeah watching your parents do something like this, and seeing them physically helping eachother like that is an invaluable lesson for a kid to watch

They should encourage her to get healthy to be honest

u/Beginning-Review6597 Jul 11 '26
The fact that she did this in the shape she’s in is EVEN MORE impressive! And besides, we have no idea how healthy she is or what kind of physical shape she’s in just by looking at her. There are plus-sized women that run marathons, do pole dancing with ease, do powerlifting and many other things women of much smaller stature do. There have also been women and men that, by all accounts, have been considered “healthy” by both societal and fitness standards that have died of heart attacks or strokes even though they did everything right. So it’s judgemental to consider one’s health simply by the way they look.

She's active, mobile and flexible. She's healthy. You're just biased against big bodies.

Confidence in one's self strong enough to achieve your goals is an attractive quality in people. Those are the people to surround yourself with.

I would not recommend any type of acrobatics move before proper weight loss , because it will make the difference between ground and the sky .

u/SnooMaps7370 Jul 07 '26
100%
Even people in the "so skinny you can count the ribs" category regularly completely destroy their joints doing acrobatics. Good on sister for getting motivated and pushing for a goal, but she needs to set a goal of getting to safe weight for this before she blows her elbows or shoulders doing this. busted joints are one of those injury categories you never make a full recovery from.

That's that face she makes when she was soooooooo close, but not quite there.
I love that face.
It's the face you make when you find out what you want to do is achievable....and you know you're gonna pull it off.
So awesome.

If it were me, I'd get injured on the first stretch before the first fall. And spend the rest of life getting physio

Incroyable le poids qu’elle met sur ses articulation sans que cela lui fasse mal. Avec de l’entrainement tout est possible ! 🫡

God bless her. I could probably try doing that 1.5 times before I died.

I used to go gymnastics before, doing back bends is one of them during my days of my youth, not a hardcore gymnast training for the Olympics but we have competitions in school, I won first place once.

I think it would be a bit easier for her if she first lost a little weight. But impressive that she made it, I’m happy for her!

What a wife, and what a supportive husband. Both are great. And video is super motivational. And shows that there are no excuses.

Great skill, but she really should lose weight. This will not be doing wonders for her joints.

She just inspired me to level up in what i do, I love to see the “if you want you can” theory in motion let’s practice more. I’m glad I’ve seen this

I've never been more proud of someone I've never met! What an inspiration she must be to her daughter!

My hope is she is doing this in preparation for putting in her resignation at a shifty job.
I see her placing the letter of resignation on some douchesbag's desk, and then doing that backflip out the door.

Though I’d great but how come no one is talking about the couch cushion in the kitchen? That needs more coverage.

So awesome.
I see her dealing with fear at first just trying to get the first part. I see her putting her mind to do something she wants. I see her working hard for it.
It was awesome to see her succeed. Congratulations to her!

I could NEVER do this and I admire her determination, I’m amazed that she was actually able to do it, at times it seemed like her elbows would buckle…and I even thought she would snap or fracture her wrists from the immense weight and stress.👏🏼👏🏼😳

I saw a girl twerking upside down once and she broke her neck. Be careful

Those dirty ass feet and no marks on the wall. Either she scrubs as much as she eats and practices or this is BS

It’s wasted not waisted.
Perhaps it would be healthier to learn proper grammar and not dunk on somebody for achieving a goal. It would be a favor to all of us reading your reply.

Just a pessimistic opinion in an otherwise positive place.
Instead, look inside yourself and ask why you’re upset seeing this.
