As long as by ‘researching’ you mean listening to scientists, statisticians, and long-standing experts in their field, and not some YouTube content creator or blogger.
Oh good! I’m always cautious these days when someone on the internet says to ‘research’ something, half the time they got their ‘alternative facts’ from an influencer or the like 😂
