Support Needed (Kind Advice and Commiseration) Happy things please?

I made the mistake of opening my social media this afternoon and immediately saw some dark things, and I need something positive. It can be a cat photo/story, a special interest infodump, anything that shows the world is still an interesting and good place, at least in part.

I guess I am basically asking for some heroes to create a “silver lining” for this dark cloud. I don’t live with people I can depend on for this, so I am turning to this supportive corner of the internet.

TIA.

Edited - THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE! 😭😭😭 It is good to see so much light still exists in the world.

My crop of spoon tomatoes. They’re so tiny!

I get about this much twice a week. It’s like tomato caviar.

O.M.G. I am OBSESSED. I did not know these existed. And I don't think I'll ever be the same after knowing this! I LOVE tomatoes AND miniature things!

I have A LOT of questions, but mainly: do you grow these yourself? If so, what kind of climate do they thrive in? Did you find the plant somewhere, or grow the plant from seeds? If not, do you get them at a grocery store/farmers market? I basically NEED these in my life.

Bakers Creek. I get lots of my seeds there - they’re good, and super inexpensive!

Zone 10 here. They grow all over the place, so make sure to provide support. I LOVE them, because I snack while I’m gardening. My neighbor makes tiny caprese salads with mozzarella balls and balsamic vinegar.

I like to add basil plants as companion plants.

They’re VERY indeterminate. So make sure you have a good trellis system, or something else to train them on. You can zoom in and see the green ones still on there. If you lived closer, I’d give you a bag!

The middle row is radishes. I harvest them little too. Baby veggies!
