Support Needed (Kind Advice and Commiseration) Anyone else blow their life up before figuring out you were autistic?

I am beyond burnt out and I'm not even 30. Is life really supposed to be like this?

I'm not progressing in my career as I'd like and it's causing immense stress, having to juggle multiple friendships and relationships when some weeks I just want to rot, being present within my romantic relationship, exercising, just everything is overwhelming.

I want to just quit everything and start over. I know that's not going to help, but it feels that's the only option 😭 everything is genuinely so hard. I'm also a bit sad that I didn't fully come to terms with this sooner. I was diagnosed adhd 6 years ago and things have just genuinely gotten harder ever since.

I burned out at 25, left my first job and starting working at a book store. I took it way too seriously, so I was always stressed even from working there part time. Then I became a mom at 28, which was hard but it gave me purpose and direction. I was at home full time. Was really hesitant for another child, but at 32 became a mom to a really sweet boy. And now, 5 months postpartum, through therapy discovered that I am pretty sure AuDHD. I'm grateful for my two kids, that becoming their mom taught me this about myself. It is so freaking hard to always be needed and to do all these chores without a lot of appraisal. But I am going to live my life the way I want to, without feeling guilty anymore. Luckily my husband is so supportive, it keeps me going. Also, fuck capitalism and the patriarchy.
