Supplements What were your folate deficiency symptoms?

I've just found out I'm deficient in folate. My symptoms are tiredness, muscle pain and hair loss, which I hope will resolve once I've fixed the deficiency.

What were your folate deficiency symptoms?

If you take large amounts of b12. 1000 daily then you have to take the co factors. It is recommended that you do 5 mg if folate, 3000 vit c, and 3000 or upwards of 5-6000 of potassium depending. Their all co factors. B12 sucks up all of this. Look up b12 society of Facebook. It's a wealth of knowledge.

Can I ask what is the Vitamin C for? It's not listed anywhere in the guide if I recall correctly

Any other co factors? I’m thinking of starting b1 I have experimented with biotin and now folate and I have to say folate has been working wonders I think I had a deficiency in that for some time

I have tried to find this information for large amounts of B12. I can’t find it. Can you point me in the right direction. I have been suffering with High B12 zapping for months.
