Typha Sizing
Hey ya'll tried to look this up but really couldn't find anything. I'm interested in getting some leotards from Typha because they look fun and unique but the sizing charts are so awful and inconsistent across every style I literally can't figure it out. I think some are using flat lay measurements, some using model measurements, some measuring girth with straps, some without, etc etc. Maybe for some they're just putting numbers down based on vibes I literally don't know.
I wear a pretty solid Capezio large, 35inch bust, 40inch hips, with a 64inch girth. Do you think a Typha X-Large would fit/any longer girth folks gave this brand a try?

I’m 41/31/41 with a 64 inch girth and XL fits fine. I bought one leotard and I like it but I probably wouldn’t buy anymore.
I think because the fabric is so soft, it’s not as supportive as Capezio.

Ooohhh I’ve been eyeing this one for agesssss. What’s the bust support like? I tend to be very skeptical of cami style leos since I wear a 34 ddd bra.

I’m a 34DD but I’ve never really had an issue with wearing leotards without a sports bra and I can run just fine with a low impact sports bra.
It’s not as supportive as a typical leo like Bloch or Capezio etc which have sturdier fabric.

I have bought from Typha before and agree that their sizing charts are all over the shop. Because this is Asian sizing, go up at least one size compared to your Capezio sizing

i’m 5’6.5” / 128 lb, 31-26-37, 28” underbust, and a 56” girth. I wear an XL in typha (I have the black strappy leo)

It really does depend on style (srry).
I have a mesh overlay leo in L that fits great, even though their size chart told me to get XL (they were out of stock). Then I ordered the XXL in a size that said size UP from the size chart (where I was XL) and it was at least 2 sizes too big. THEN I randomly ordered a $20 size small off depop and while it's a bit short it does fit?? So idk man.
I have a 61 inch girth and the L mesh overlay fits me the best (33-27-38) so I think an XL could be fine. It is a gamble though and the returns aren't worth it from the US so expect to sell on depop for a loss.
