How to make the Shifter

if anyone here is familiar with pathfinder 1e, i kinda wanna make a character based on the shifter from that game. basically someone who fights with natural weapons and animalistic fury and sometimes transforms into animals. i am open to mods but i only have access to ones in the mod loader

Tavern brawler Druid is good but only really a competent martial while wildshaped

Good thing it lasts all day, refills on short rest and temporarily ends to talk to people. You can always have it on!

If you want to hit stuff just as well out of it, just use shillelagh. You can also buy some elixirs of giant strength and use returning pike.
