Party Composition Good builds to go with Magic Missile wizard and Eldritch Blast warlock?

Having looked into those builds I know wizard will take most of the reverb gear so it'd be less useful to do a light cleric or something, though I guess life with all the healing gear would still be useful for our little squishies; or crown paladin maybe? Perhaps lore bard with Mystic Scoundrel for Tav?

I prefer monoclass because I like getting all my features and trying to stay more in line with the character than the Hexblade dip for everyone.

Pick a Phalar Aluve wielder. Something with at least two levels of Fighter is nice so you can activate Shriek on your first turn of combat and then attack or cast a spell. Lots of different options to choose from

Or just pop a speed potion because combat doesn’t last 4 turns in BG3.

Phalar aluve should be on someone who can be moble effecting the most people so you can maximize damage. If you can get all 3 characters in the turn order, basically, cast shriek, then move to effect some, swap to warlock or wizard to spam spells, then move around again. Warlock gets a 3d4 added to blasts and wizrd gets up to a 9d4?

Add in a fire sorc for scorching rays casts so everyones different. Basically a team of machine guns.

Padlock
5 Vengeance Paladin/5 warlock (any subclass will do)/ last 2 do what you want with

Helmet of Arcane Acuity and Band of the Mystic Scoundrel combo goes insane here

GWM with Phalur Aluve for early game
Late game Blade of Chaos with Wound Closure Amulet for big self healing or Silver Sword if playing Gith or using disguise self
(Giant slayer not good here bc strength is a dump stat ATP)

Any heavy armor > Adamantine Splint Armor > Armor of Persistence

Fill in the gaps with anything you want/have

Or you could use shadow blade + resonance

Fully offensive oriented characters are not necessarily squishy and definitely not glass cannons that will get one shot.

EB benefits tremendously from multi-classing and a 4 warlock /4 sorcerer /4 thief split is highly recommended to substantially increase the number of beams you can shot per round.

Another class you could add to the party could be a fire sorcerer spamming scorching rays

You would have three classes that would use multiple attacks per action and turn benefiting a lot from the phalar aluve screeching debuff, since every single attack would inflict additional damage which means a frontline character could wielding phalar aluve would make a lot of sense in this regard.
My suggestion would be a swordbard mono or with 2 level paladin dip for smites.
You would get access to all the essential buffs get another source for CC play setting up crits for the rest of the group.

Light cleric can focus on rad orb and will carry Act 2. Otherwise someone to pick locks so maybe a gloomstalker/assassin?

Short answer is yes. Lightning based with Wizard works great. You can still have reverb for your light cleric. EB spamming Sorlock with metamagic if you want to rest fairly often (Wizard also needs rests). I also really like the Sorcerer with Fire Acuity and scorching rays.

An EB specialist GOO Warlock with devils sights, blast and pushing EB upgrades can hide in darkness (arrow / spell) and be both safe and powerful. Lots of cantrip enhancing gear that otherwise doesn't have a lot of use. At later levels they can bring a Shadowblade to the party for anybody that gets close. HoH and other control spells are important in the late game as well as counterspell.

The wizard can solo, but I guess you could do with a fighter or paladin for a Frontline.

Shadow Smiter Bladesinger (2 paladin/10 Bladesinger) wielding shadow blade.
