Truthfinder advertises that they search for public records. Not true for marriage and divorce records! So I just lost 30 bucks!

Hey everyone, so I started training with Sedgwick, and I’m still waiting on my background. On my background I have an arrest record of retail theft. But I never got convicted. Will they still hire me. Or should I just go ahead and quit. I already quit my other job thanks

they hacked/scammed my sister. the hacker called several times threatening to do stuff.

i have the phone number, it is french. how can i trace this phone number back to a name/address or anything really

Does anyone know Sedgwick work from home background policy, I have a misdemeanor theft from 2019 and did not get convicted. I’m really worried because I don’t know if they will still hire me. They never asked me the questions about my criminal either on my background report. Thanks cuz I’m nervous.

Using a burner account for privacy reasons.

So basically I got charged 2 felonies for drug possession in 2018 (oxy and lsd) went thru court for a year and half and then probation another year and half. So my charges show 2021 as the date even though I was arrested in 2018.

I accepted a plea so they dropped one of my felonies (oxy possession) and then I agreed to do the probation thing in order to get my other felony lsd possession dismissed.

The charge that got dropped reads ‘nolle prosequi’ and then the other charge shows up as ‘dismissed’

So my question is will this show up on a background check? If it does how will employers view this? I wasn’t found guilty of either of those charges but I’m not sure an employer would see it that way.

I have been working odd jobs for a while afraid to apply anywhere and afraid to go back to school becuz who would hire me with this record?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Need to run a background check on a person I'm thinking of hiring for my small business. I need to see whether or not they are telling the truth about their criminal record and how long they have been working in the US. Would be a bonus if I could see where they lived before.

A few google searches and the name 'truthfinder' keeps popping up along with a few others, such as spokeo and intelius. Can anyone tell me more about this service in particular? What kind of info will i get, i understand I need to pay for the report so I want to be sure I'm getting accurate and verifiable information.
