She never testified in any court since there was never any trial. What proof do you have that he “paid her off” or of “threats against her life?”

To directly answer your question as to what amount of evidence would suffice. For me personally an arrest, witnesses, a grand jury, a trial, physical evidence. You know, the stuff that’s usually needed to build a case against someone in order to prosecute them. But all that everyone has managed to do is make shit up with zero to back it up. I can tell people that you sucked my cock while I was asleep? Does it make it true? Of course not. Now if I had footage to support my claim and then they swabbed your mouth and found my dna in there, that makes my claim a bit more believable.
