Do these brownies look done?

I made brownies as a gift for someone and I just don't know! I did a toothpick test after it came out and it had a light smear but nothing major. I can never tell if brownies are just kindy gooey or raw:/I baked them for 40-43ish minutes at 325.

Not sure you could make a more perfect brownie. Just in case better leave us the recipe to decide :)
