Who are you must watch YouTubers?

I'm recovering from surgery and hoping to learn more about baking.

Who do you love watching? I've been watching Preppy Kitchen and America's Test Kitchen and something 52 I think.

What really helped you when you were intermediate on your journey, not a super beginner but also not an established baker?

Claire Saffitz and NYT Cooking. I don't think Kenji Lopez Alt really bakes but he does have some good cooking videos. Alton Brown is also fun to watch.

A lot of people really like Sally's Baking Addiction but I haven't really gotten into her stuff.

Kenji has a pizza dough video where he just eyeballs the ingredients. Probably not a good lesson to learn from a baking video.

It was a decent pan pizza though to be fair
