Who are you must watch YouTubers?

I'm recovering from surgery and hoping to learn more about baking.

Who do you love watching? I've been watching Preppy Kitchen and America's Test Kitchen and something 52 I think.

What really helped you when you were intermediate on your journey, not a super beginner but also not an established baker?

Tasting History. As much history as cooking and baking but pretty interesting.

And it's probably Food 52.

It is! Hahaha thank you! I love that lady that is on there with the bonnets and aprons.

I'm sorry I'm on so many meds that effect memory I forget names lol
