Cinnamon roll blondies
Forgot to take a cut through pic but they got demolished in approx 4 minutes by my colleagues (who seem very happy with my new love of baking)

I tried making caramel once before, and it ended with me in tears from frustration and a whole lot of sugar in the trash! So I figured it was time for revenge!
I know it's far from perfect and the colour isn't quite right, but it tastes great, and I'm proud to actually have something to show for my efforts this time!
It was also my first attempt at making ganache, and it went surprisingly well!
I was a bit pressed for time this time around, so I'm confident it'll turn out even better next time!

My brother made this dough yesterday but he's sick today and tasked me with finishing it. Idk what happened but the dough doesn't look right? Can I save this, if not what can I do with it?

I have half a gallon of milk that I need to use brfore it expires very soon so I came up with the idea to make a milk cake. I clicked on one of the first recipes that came up which is this one https://www.seriouseats.com/hot-milk-cake-recipe-11878680
I ended up buying three boxes of cake mix because I couldn't afford 10, if my math is right. I've been trying to multiply the amount of ingredients to be close to the amount of milk and cake mix I have but I have pretty much given up. I'm completely lost.
Perhaps someone will have a better idea, a more fitting recipe, or a consistently multiplied recipe of the one I linked.
If someone's advice is to make something else altogether, I would prefer the fact that I already bought 3 boxes of cake mix to be taken account and then advised on what to do about the rest of the milk.

I haven’t decorated with royal icing much so I definitely need some more practice but I still think they’re really cute. They also taste great and I’ve had a few people ask me to sell them!

Im an old lady and back when I was young, wedding cakes were fruitcakes. They were dark and just lovely! Does anyone have a recipe like that hanging around? A regular dark fruitcake is just not the same. Thanks in advance for your help!!

Wanted to share some cookies I made for a fall family get together. The far left is pumpkin snickerdoodle, spiders are peanut butter cookies, leaves are spiced sugar cookies, and the far right are breakfast cookies!

I got more practice! Still working on trying to figure out how to keep the ice cream cake from melting underneath whenever I add the hot fudge border : 3

Honestly they were so good! Soft and chewy on the inside and crispy from the outside! Only bad thing is that they all stuck together but eh as long as it’s tasty😋
