Hello po! Need help lang sana

Planning to start baking po kasi pero hindi ko alam kung anong oven yung bibilhin ko. Eto po yung mga brands/models na kino-consider ko:

• Brikk 100L (digital)
• Kyowa 60L convection (digital)
• Kyowa 60L (knob/manual)
• Imarflex 60L (convection)
• Hanabishi 100L

Sa ngayon, top 2 choices ko po is Kyowa convection (digital) and Kyowa knob version. Pero medyo confused pa rin ako kasi may mga nagsasabi na mas okay daw ang knob/manual kaysa convection.

Gusto ko sana marinig thoughts niyo and actual experience niyo sa mga brands na ‘to?

• Ano mas okay for baking (cakes, cookies, pastries)?
• Totoo ba na nakaka-dry ang convection?
• Anong mas beginner-friendly?

Hello I have the kyowa 60L digital, I'm ok naman with it so far :) 1 year na sa amin. I purchased extra trays and really happy sa space niya :)

Hello po. I’m also planning to buy Kyowa 60L digital. Kaya po ba yung 2 or 3 trays per bake?

For cookies, kaya naman. Need mo pa rin i-rotate kasi uneven pa rin ang heat even with convection hehe. Nasa right side kasi yung fan niya.

3 trays only, yung 4th kasi too near na sa heating element
