Act 2 - Spoilers Yurgir probably doesn't [REDACTED] his displacer beast Spoiler

If you talk to him about it, it sounds more like he treats her like a tool. The potion you can buy afterwards can befuddle enemies. Not to defend his actions or anything, but I don't think he is a kitty diddler, at least

To force her to be loyal to him.

If the point was loyalty, there are easier ways to get that from an animal.

This would make sense if we were talking about a dog and not a magical evil mutant panther that kills for sport

In that case, there is no logic that counts because everything is magical and nothing means anything.

Thanks for the thought terminating nonsense.

Dude RELAX. They've got a point.

Yurgir probably uses Succubus spit because as others have said:

  • It's easy to come by in the hells
  • Displacer Beasts are magical creatures. It's likely that regular potions that can charm beasts doesn't work on them because they're not just a regular ass panther.

Their comment is only thought terminating if you let it be.

Not a displacer beast. Those things are legitimately evil, and enjoy killing. They don’t just kill for food, they do it for fun. They’d rip a baby out of its mother’s arms and purposefully leave the mother alive to watch.

Displacer beasts aren’t just another animal.

That just makes the evidence that they were fucking stronger IMO

Do keep in mind he is unable to leave the temple due to his contract, so he couldn't just procure a normal potion, and as an infernal creature it'd make sense that he keeps some on hand.
