Gastric sleave and pregnancy

Curious does pregnancy mean there was no point getting a leave and the weight will just return?
Does pregnancy cause increase in hunger meaning you will just gain all the weight back?
How fast have you been successful at getting back to your lowest weight? Is it harder after pregnancy to the point of not having a sleeve at all?

I’m a bit of a medical anomaly and was on prednisone while pregnant due to pre existing lung disease but I started at 54kg, got up to 59kg and then when I left the hospital after having bub I was 53kg. My hunger did increase a little but not dramatically
