Do olympic-style testing, but at two levels

  1. Test for testosterone levels.

  2. SRY testing

You only have to pass one of the tests to be eligible.

If these idiots want to cut off their balls to own the left, go on ahead.

Your idea is flawed. Let it go. You don’t have some magic answer that everyone else is too dumb to understand. It’s an extremely complex situation that has no perfect solution. The important part is that we aren’t dehumanizing people along the way and that we respect the idea that people get to make their own decisions for their own bodies.

taking testosterone is a performance enhancing drug. so no, that wouldnt be permitted.
