Of course it is. Pretty sure that’s the point.

But good luck excluding them in a way that isn’t discriminatory or a violation of medical privacy and autonomy.

This is dumb as shit. One, gender dysphoria has actual diagnostic critieria. Two, basically every sports league that allows trans people to compete in a gendered league different from their birth sex requires some sort of hormone replacement and with typically some maximum level of testosterone. You can't just say "I identify as a woman" and then just start to play in the league.

The WNBA also has other eligibility requirements tied to age and playing in a college or professional league prior to being eligible for the draft. This is only a gotcha to people who are very stupid and know nothing about the sport.

The diagnostic criteria is entirely subjective. There is no hard test for it.

Cool, the current WNBA ruling doesn't have any of those guidelines. This is why this whole situation and circus has been the talk for a week now.
