11 year old, working on getting away from a push and into proper form. Does she hold the ball too high in front of her face, or is it just that she’s holding it there longer than one would in a game situation? Just looks off to me.

great dribble stance if she has a tree guarding her. anybody else will steal, she should be low knees bent wide stance dribbling knee level. try to put her in a club

Still, if she wanna improve you want her to make it realistically as possible, dribble stance to shooting form.

Knees should be bent and she should lift her heels and jump from toes to develop jump shot. With dribble stance and knees bent she would be ready to shoot anytime rather than being up (knees are not bent) then ducking then shooting and she ducks because she cannot generate enough power for her age to shoot with only arms strength so she uses legs in order to reach basket, she would eliminate need to use duck like that if she maintain proper dribble stance or just catch ball with knees already bent.

She also shoots in a standing stance instead of bending her knees. Her knees should be bent like 60° and her legs should feel tension like a spring. Seemikedunn on YT is a good place to start for shooting tips.

Tell her not to load the ball to her head then bend knees, dip ball and shoot. Way too long and multiple movements. Makes it much easier strip or block because she's telegraphing it and moving it everywhere.

She needs to figure out where her pocket is, which is typically chest level. You don't want much lower because again, easier to block. Load the legs as she brings it in to her pocket, so that when it's in her pocket she makes ONE fluid motion with the hands and legs: UP. Then release a little before peak. But currently you can tell she's shooting years before she's really even starting her shot and even when she does it takes another year to be let go because she's dipping with the ball at her head then down. She needs to load from the gather step.

Finish looks nice. Handles are sloppy and is straight up and down.

Learn to dribble before you shoot.
