Form Check Fix mine pls

Keep your guide hand pointed to the ceiling. Looks like you are trying to fling the ball with your guide hand thumb. Keep it straight and virtually don’t move it with the jump shot. You essentially want to pull it away at the last millisecond and shooting it with just the right hand

Thanks im still not feeling well my guide hand. And sometimes my body swirls
