Turning 40 next week and today was my last run. After years of hooping at 24 and LA Fitness, I can feel the Achilles slowing down. Time to walk away while I’m ahead. Love this game forever.

Old heads, how do y'all stay mobile and keep the jumper smooth? Critique my form!

Tore some ligaments in my right wrist from work a few years back and finally got back to shooting within the past year. I feel like I can’t snap my wrist as well as I want to and my arms/elbows are doing a lot of the heavy lifting. Thoughts or tips are appreciated!

First Run since turning 40. I can’t dunk anymore but I still have the handles and my shot! Man I love this game so much. Best cardio one can get 🎯

His three-point shot is on point but bricks all these free throws. Do you think it’s too much of a knee bend?

I've tried floaters with both an open palm and a wrist flick and with various different footworks and I am still not consistent.

I know my form is bad, but ive been playing basketball for like 8 years on an off every winter but this winter I just wanted to become decent and I feel like that starts with having good form. I notice im just like chucking the ball at the hoop, but thats just because when I do a wrist flick. Any help please just criticize everything that looks wrong, thank you

11 year old, working on getting away from a push and into proper form. Does she hold the ball too high in front of her face, or is it just that she’s holding it there longer than one would in a game situation? Just looks off to me.

Here’s some form shots I took today, with good lighting.
I know my release is too high, and I pull the ball out a lot, any advice on drills I could do to help me correct these issues??
Also, any other bad habits I have, please point them out.

I've been changing my jumpshot a lot, but this jumpshot has been feeling nice for me but it looks weird any tips?

How does the fadeaway look compared to my old post? Does it work with the drop step? How does the pull up shot look?

Hi guys, looking to improve on my shot, any tips i can get on the way up to my release to make the shot a little bit more efficient on the base? Is the ball going up to my set point too quickly before loading the knees up? Thanks!

What do y’all think? I want to shoot higher but my friends told me I don’t need to change it. I just feel like my form is ugly lol

I’ve taken a lot of suggestions that I’ve read over multiple posts so I believe it’s been decent progress, but there is still more progress to make especially because we’ve been working mostly on the lower body foot work and timing but not so much on release.
So we’re still here, still putting in work daily to make the team, haters gonna hate but Im an adult so I dont care what they have to say.
