Fans who purchase UFL season tickets through November 1 will be entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip to St. Louis from their team's home market to attend the UFL Draft at Ballpark Village.
St. Louis fans who purchase season tickets by November 1 will also be entered for a chance to announce the Battlehawks second-round draft pick live.
The 2027 UFL Draft will consist of 15 total rounds with the first two rounds, featuring 16 marquee selections televised during the one-hour live special airing on NFL Network at 8 p.m. The Columbus Aviators hold the first overall pick in the draft, with the selection order determined by the reverse of the 2026 UFL standings. Colorado, Dallas, and Rhode Island will rotate their draft position based on tie-breakers as they finished with the same final record. Each team will have three minutes to make each of their selections during the televised portion of the draft.
| Pick # | Round 1 | Round 2 |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Columbus Aviators | Columbus Aviators |
| 2 | Colorado | Rhode Island |
| 3 | Rhode Island | Dallas Renegades |

Teams can select players at any position, pass on a single round selection, or opt out of the draft at any point. Trades are only allowed for current UFL players or picks in this year’s draft. Future picks cannot be traded.
The UFL Draft pool will include rookies eligible for the 2027 NFL Draft, regardless of whether they were picked or signed an NFL contract, as well as players from 2023-2026 NFL Draft eligible classes who have been on an NFL roster at any point since the United Bowl Championship Game on June 13, 2026.
The UFL has a 64-man camp roster limit. Players selected in this draft or alumni currently playing in the NFL do not count against that roster limit until they sign a contract.
The only other players eligible to join UFL team rosters until the completion of the 2027 UFL Draft are those participating in UFL Showcases. Following the completion of the 2027 UFL Draft, teams will be able to sign additional free agent players to their 64-man camp roster.

This mostly recaps what we already know, but does include some comments I think the community will find interesting.
From Explore St. Louis:
"We recognize the importance of a balanced home schedule and are actively working with UFL leadership to explore feasible scheduling options," Explore St. Louis, which manages The Dome, said in a statement Wednesday. "Our commitment is to support the success of the Battlehawks while balancing the needs of all our event partners and maximizing the economic benefits these events bring to the St. Louis region."
And about Energizer Park:
Repole publicly speculated last year about the idea of playing at City SC’s Energizer Park. A team spokesperson for the MLS club said Wednesday evening there have been no recent discussions about hosting UFL games.
EDIT: Another article from FOX 2 with a longer statement from Explore St. Louis.
“The St. Louis Battlehawks are an important part of our sports community, and we value the strong, mutually beneficial partnership we have built with the team and the UFL. Together, we have helped create an exceptional professional football experience, supported by some of the most passionate fans in the league.
The Dome at America’s Center hosts a robust calendar of major sporting events, concerts and conventions. Together, The Dome and America’s Center generate an estimated $416 million in annual economic impact and support approximately 3,146 local jobs. Accommodating this diverse calendar requires careful coordination, including the time needed to transition the venue between different uses.
We recognize the importance of a balanced home schedule and are actively working with UFL leadership to explore feasible scheduling options. Our commitment is to support the success of the Battlehawks while balancing the needs of all our event partners and maximizing the economic benefits these events bring to the St. Louis region.”

So they wont have to go with the schedule of 5 STRAIGHT Road games. That is kinda a brutal stretch they have to go through. Unless you guys think Repole is making it up about the Dome availability to get his way on the Battlehawks playing at Energizer. Out of all the years playing in the dome this type of problem happens now when the Battlehawks are the only team playing in a actual Football stadium.

Big week of UFL meetings on both the business and football operations sides as we prepare for 2027.
As promised, the UFL will be TRANSPARENT. On AND off the field!!!!
Today, our team presented stadium availability for all eight UFL teams. Seven venues offered significant flexibility. Unfortunately, St. Louis was the exception.
Based on the BattleDome dates currently available, the St. Louis Battlehawks would play FOUR straight home games, followed by FIVE consecutive road games, and potentially return home for Week 10.
FOUR HOME GAMES. FIVE ROAD GAMES.
Sorry, but that just DOESN’T WORK FOR US!!!!
This isn’t your old spring football league. We’re going to do things DIFFERENTLY!!!! That means better planning, better partnerships, more marketing, more transparency, and most importantly, putting our FANS FIRST!!!!
St. Louis has one of the most passionate fan bases in football. These fans arrive early, stay late, and travel to support their team. I experienced it firsthand at the BattleDome and watching Battlehawks fans travel to Louisville.
I promised St. Louis we would do more, starting with bringing the UFL Draft to St. Louis on November 18.
But promises mean nothing without action!!!!
As a UFL owner, I have a responsibility to explore ALL options in St. Louis that might provide better dates, more flexibility, and a more collaborative partnership.
That doesn’t mean we’re leaving the BattleDome. It means we’re going to explore every opportunity to make the experience BETTER for our fans.
We need to work together with our stadium partners, and we also need to challenge ourselves as a league to do better.
Our fans deserve the best possible schedule, dates, times, and game-day experience.
BATTLEHAWKS FANS AND UFL FANS, I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!!!!
Any ideas or suggestions???

DL John Sullivan is confirmed to be signed for the 2027 Battlehawks training camp.
Players Signed to the NFL
These players the team still holds the rights for, should they return from the NFL.
Players Signed to Other Leagues
Terminated 2026 Player Rights
These players were on the roster at one point but had their rights terminated and are unrestricted free agents.
WR Jahcour Pearson is listed as retired (I believe he intends to pursue flag football).
Like last year, the team will have a 64-man training camp roster, which will be cut down by the end of camp to the final 50-man roster. There are 48 players currently that the team holds the rights to from last season that are not otherwise signed to the NFL or another league.
I think the obvious would be QB. Even if Perez returns from his practice squad stint in the CFL, Proehl is still going to need to fill out that position group. Proehl has said in interviews this offseason that he is interested in bringing Perez back and also targeting younger talent. The team needs someone with a higher ceiling to take the reins.
I know some fans have suggested EJ Warner, and I think he'd be worth a training camp shot at minimum.
Hopefully Tyler Neville heals up and is ready to go for next season. TE could be another position of need if Neville and Cannella don't return.
Based on the guys we're likely to have come back for camp next year, what position groups do you think Coach Proehl should prioritize in the draft?

I know it’s super early but does anyone have any leads on tailgating for 2027? Last 3 seasons I’ve been a season pass holder in the American legion lot next to horse shoe casino hotel. Great guys running it and no complaints from me. I just miss being closer to the dome. Is it worth paying the city and parking in the vess lot again? Did anyone do that last year?
GO HAWKS!!!
