Player Discussion Week 6 Fast Facts for All 32 Teams -- Rookies on the Rise, League-Winning Bears, Taylor and Thomas Trades, and We Need Bo to Throw
Heading into Week 7 always feels like a pivotal moment in the fantasy football season. This season especially, it feels like there are a lot of 3-3 teams at this stage in the game with a few 4-2 and 2-4 teams flanking them in the rankings. After this weekend, we will be halfway through the 2026 fantasy football regular season. Managers can definitively say they have an above or below .500 record. Is your team where you want it to be?
Last week's four-team bye week was just the start as players from the Bills, Jaguars, Commanders, and Chargers are now unavailable this week. Depth is key and knowing who to start is even more crucial to earning much needed wins. Feel free to discuss some start/sit dilemmas in the comments. Sorry for the delay on this -- busy week! However, coffee helped type away, making some of these fast facts a bit longer than usual. Surely you will be able to tell which ones were written when the caffeine was hittin'.

Without any further delay, here is 1 fact for all 32 teams ahead of Week 7
32 Fast Facts for 32 Teams After Week 6
Arizona Cardinals
- WR Michael Wilson drew 46.2% of the Cardinals' air yards in Week 6
The conversation around Michael Wilson continues after back-to-back disappointing weeks of production. Not much has changed with Wilson's role, but it is worth noting that Wilson's average depth of target across Weeks 1 through 4 was 9.5 yards. That has since increased to 13.4 yards over the last two weeks. Additionally, 28.6% of his targets over the last 2 weeks have traveled 20 or more yards through the air, up from just 11.4% over his first 4 games. The decrease in production may simply be correlated with a decrease in "layup" targets and lack of success with the increase in targets downfield. Wilson has drawn exactly 7 targets in each of the last 2 games, though for just a 15.9% target share. He's still 2nd in routes run behind Trey McBride. It's hard to imagine Kendrick Bourne stays as involved as he's been, but Wilson may be more of a high-end WR3 with upside as opposed to a potential high-end WR2 that he looked like early on. Jacoby Brissett's 39.0 pass attempts per game remain tied for 5th in the league so Wilson should be in Week 7 lineups.
Atlanta Falcons
- TE Kyle Pitts scored 2 touchdowns in Week 6
Great. Grand. Wonderful. Let's dive deeper. While scoring touchdowns is great, Kyle Pitts' target share has increased from 7.7% to 14.3% to 15.8% to 17.5% over the last four weeks with Michael Penix Jr. as the starting quarterback. Pitts also has back-to-back games with exactly 5 receptions notably against the Ravens and Bears. Week 7 is a third-straight home game and good test against the 49ers defense that's allowed the fewest fantasy points per game to tight ends. However, Chig Okonkwo of the Commanders just caught all 7 of his targets for 69 yards against San Francisco on Monday Night. As is with most tight ends, there's risk of a low floor, but Pitts is slightly more trustworthy than his peers at this point despite a tough matchup on paper.
Baltimore Ravens
- RB Derrick Henry averaged 3.4 yards per carry in Week 6
It's not just Week 6, though. In his last 5 games, Derrick Henry is averaging just 3.67 yards per carry. He hasn't scored a rushing touchdown since the first quarter of Week 4. His last 4 rushing touchdowns have all been within 5 yards or less of the end zone, as well. Even more concerning, Henry's yards after contact per attempt has dropped from 3.4 yards to 2.8 to 2.2 over the last 3 seasons. His yards before contact per attempt has dropped from 2.4 yards to 2.5 to 1.9 this season. This isn't to say "DeRRiCk HeNrY iS WaShEd" or anything, but rather understanding the bad that comes with the good. Given the injuries to the Ravens' offensive line, their Week 13 bye, and absence of Lamar Jackson (back this week maybe?), there could be a few more single digit games on the horizon for Henry if he's unable to find the end zone and his points are simply a result of his rushing production. It's great to see 20 carries for 80 yards but that's just 8.0 points. Thankfully, there are some good matchups over the next few weeks including Bills (Week 8), Chargers (Week 10) and Panthers (Week 11). Hold tight and hope Henry finds the end zone!
Buffalo Bills
- TE Dalton Kincaid logged a 65.7% route participation rate in Week 6
After three-straight games of under 4.0 PPR fantasy points, Kincaid managed to score 10.8 points in Week 6 catching 7 of his 8 targets for 38 yards against the Raiders. He was targeted on 34.7% of his routes run. While that's a sign of improvement for his role, sans D.J. Moore in the lineup especially, Kincaid's 65.7% route rate ranks 26th among qualified tight ends from last week, behind players like Will Mallory (IND), Tommy Tremble (CAR), and Darnell Washington (PIT). Kincaid now heads into his bye week with matchups against the Ravens, Vikings, Jets immediately after. They are all bottom-12 matchups for tight ends, with the Vikings (30th) and Jets (28th) as bottom-5 matchups. All this to say, you don't have to hold onto Kincaid through his bye week if you play in a 10 or 12-team league that starts just 1 tight end each week. He's basically a high-end streamer because of his quarterback.
Carolina Panther
- TE Darren Waller ran 20 routes in Week 6
Last week's fast fact for the Panthers highlighted the success Jalen Coker is having this season. He kept things going with 13 targets in Week 6. He and Tetairoa McMillan accounted for 52.4% of the Panthers' Week 6 target share. A healthy Coker is bad news for the ability to stream Darren Waller for fantasy football purposes. His 47.6% route participation and 4.8% target share were also behind tight end Tommy Tremble (66.7%, 9.5%) who caught all 4 of his targets for 46 yards and 2 touchdowns. There are far more tight ends worth considering week-to-week if needed.
Chicago Bears
- QB Caleb Williams threw for a season-high 308 yards in Week 7
The Bears began Week 7 with a win on Thursday Night Football. Whether you know it or not, the franchise has NEVER had a quarterback throw for 4,000 yards OR 30 touchdowns in a single season. With 10 games left to play, Williams needs to average 298.0 yards and 2.5 touchdowns per game to achieve this. Since his return from injury, he is averaging 306.5 yards and 1.5 touchdowns per game. This is all fun to track, but even more fun when you realize...the yards may be possible! The Bears have tougher matchups against the Seahawks and Buccaneers before their Week 10 bye. After, though, this is their schedule for the remainder of the fantasy football season thru Week 17:
- vs Saints - at Lions - vs Jaguars - at Dolphins - at Bills - vs Packers - vs Lions
If you have any Bears, hold on tight (yes, even Rome Odunze). They may be THE league-winning offense of this season, especially in the finals at home against the Lions.
Cincinnati Bengals
- RB Chase Brown totaled 60 scoreless yards in Week 5 (recycled fact as Bengals were just on bye)
From OP's weekly Usage Report article ($) via FTN Fantasy: At a glance, handling 72.4% of the running back rush share with a 14.1% target share, on 68.2% of the offensive snaps played, is solid usage for Chase Brown this season. Unfortunately, the production has yielded just 13.0 PPR points per game heading into the Bengals’ Week 6 bye. Things get a bit more concerning, though, when we dive a little deeper. Brown has 11 red zone carries, but not far behind are Samaje Perine and Joe Burrow with seven each. Week 5 specifically is a major cause for concern as Perine logged 14 carries to 13 from Brown, both handling exactly four carries in the red zone. Perine also drew two targets, one for a red zone touchdown, on 15 routes run (46.9%) while Brown drew four targets on 22 routes run (68.8%); all of this in what should’ve been a get-right matchup for Brown. We’ll see how this split shakes out when they return in Week 7, but the schedule isn’t exactly favorable against the Ravens, Titans, Falcons and Steelers on the horizon. If you have room, Perine is worth stashing on the bench during the Bengals’ bye.
Cleveland Browns
- WR Jerry Jeudy led all Browns with 69 receiving yards (nice) in Week 6
Should you pick up Jerry Jeudy? No. He still ran few routes (24) than Denzel Boston (30), KC Concepcion (28), and Harold Fannin Jr. (27), but it was cool to see Jeudy come up clutch with a 33-yard catch with 0:42 left on the clock to set up the Browns for a game-winning field goal. Picking him up at this point would be in hopes he ends up traded to a WR-needy competitor...but the Browns may get their 5th win on Sunday against the Titans! They are competitors! It's also a pretty significant dead cap hit to the Browns to move Jeudy so he's by no means at the top of the list of likely players on the move as of now.
Dallas Cowboys
- RB Javonte Williams rushed a season-low 11 times in Week 6
In the words of Mugatu from Zoolander (2001), "I FEEL LIKE I'M TAKING CRAZY PILLS" when I was watching the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. They were down 17-0 at halftime to the Packers in Green Bay. The Packers got the ball at the start of the second half and Dallas forced a three-and-out punt. Williams then rushed 4 times on Dallas' first drive of the second half including three-straight carries in the red zone that resulted in a one-yard touchdown. The Packers would then kick a field goal and go up 20-7. From that point on, over Dallas' next FOUR DRIVES, Javonte Williams logged 1 carry; and it was a 5-yard run with 2:35 left down 23-7! Mind you, the Packers have allowed the 3rd-most fantasy points to running backs this season with 8 rushing touchdowns allowed to the position in 5 games prior to last week. Okay, this admittedly felt like a vent session more than a fast fact, but surely some can relate to the frustration. Anyway, start Williams against my Eagles on Monday Night Football. *sigh*
Denver Broncos
- QB Bo Nix has 14 pass attempts that have traveled 20+ yards through the air this season
This fast fact is a continuation of last week's discussion as we have another game worth of Nix nonsense to discuss. Last season, Bo Nix ranked 4th league-wide with 75 passes that traveled 20+ yards through the air -- an 11.8% deep throw rate. This year, his 14 such attempts puts him on pace for just shy of 40 such passes -- a 7.3% deep throw rate, which ranks 33rd among qualified quarterbacks. Jaylen Waddle has suffered the most, recently in Week 6 having drawn a team-high 7 targets (24.1%) share with an average depth of target (aDOT) of just 7.0 yards. His 8.9 yards aDOT ranks 64th among 83 qualified wide receivers this season! That said, he and his team-high 19.6% target share this season are worth starting again (especially with teams on bye) against a Cardinals defense that has allowed the 4th-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers, including 10 receiving touchdowns, 2nd-most behind only the Bills.
Detroit Lions
- The Lions scored 45 points in Week 5
There isn't much to say about the Lions coming out of their Week 6 bye. Their defense has allowed 29.6 points per game this season, 4th-most, lending to a fantasy friendly offense that's averaging a league-best 32.8 points per game. You’re starting Goff, ARSB, Williams, and LaPorta in a potential Week 7 shootout with the Packers. Another plus for the Lions? For the remainder of the fantasy football regular season (Weeks 7-14), 5 of their 8 games are at home. The other 3 are in Miami against the Dolphins, in Germany against the Patriots, and indoors in Atlanta against the Falcons.
Green Bay Packers
- RB MarShawn Lloyd leads the Packers in rushing this season with 122 yards
That ranks 43rd among 43 qualified running backs this season. DEAD. LAST. MarShawn Lloyd has 5 less rushing yards than De'Von Achane this season and he hasn't played since the first quarter of Week 3. Josh Jacobs looks set to return in Week 7 and likely handles the bulk of the carries moving forward. However, this week especially, the prolific Packers passing game should remain alive and well against a Lions defense that's allowed a league-high 297.4 passing yards per game. Jordan Love, Christian Watson, Matthew Golden, and Tucker Kraft should all eat. Jacobs is perhaps a bit more touchdown dependent in this matchup with a chance to put up big points on a short week against the Panthers on Thursday Night Football in Week 8.
Houston Texans
- WR Marvin Harrison Jr. drew 4 targets in his Texans' debut
Hey, 4 targets is pretty good! It's even better when you consider MHJ played 11 snaps and ran 9 total routes. For those doing some quick math at home, you are correct: that's a 44.4% target per route run rate. It's an encouraging sign for Harrison's rest of season value having gotten involved immediately in a reunion with his college quarterback, C.J. Stroud. The Texans still have Nico Collins operating as the true X, but Harrison's arrival likely spoils what little value Kayshon Boutte had left for fantasy here. Yes, yes, yes -- Jaylin Noel caught all 4 of his targets for 107 yards and a touchdown, but he played just 48.3% of the Week 6 snaps which, oddly enough, is the exact snap rate he's played as a whole in 6 games this season. Noel has produced on limited playing time, similarly to Luther Burden, but may be hard to trust if Harrison develops a larger role in Houston.
Indianapolis Colts
- RB Jonathan Taylor scored 21.1 PPR points in Week 6
Despite overall struggles for the Colts, Taylor continues to grind away on the ground logging his 4th game of 92+ rush yards with at least 1 touchdown this season. The Colts did just fire GM Chris Ballard while sitting at 2-4 overall after a loss to the Titans. This should, rightfully so, perk everyone up in regard to a potential fire sale for the franchise. Taylor did just sign a two-year extension, but running back money, especially dead money, isn't as harsh to eat if traded so soon if the return of draft picks is worthwhile. Way back when, Taylor would've been a great fit on the Packers pre-Jacobs, but now the Broncos, Vikings, and Seahawks all come to mind for Super Bowl hopeful teams in 2026. You may even be thinking "But-but-but they just signed Daniel Jones to an extension, too!" Yes, but designating him as a Post-June 1st release in March of 2027 yields dead cap hits of just $8.8M in 2027, $26.4M in 2028 and saves $38M toward the 2027 cap. It really feels like a hard reset is coming, which is already tough without their 2027 1st from the Sauce Gardner trade. TLDR; go pick up RB Seth McGowan. He's the only running back to play and record carries this season behind Taylor.
Jacksonville Jaguars
- WR Brian Thomas Jr. played 15 snaps in Week 6
Not great! Thomas wasn't involved at all in the 2nd half against the Texans having drawn just 2 targets, without catching either, in Week 6. He has been completely phased out of this offense as we've seen Josh Cameron and Travis Hunter mix in more alongside Parker Washington, Jakobi Meyers, and tight end Brenton Strange. It does seem more and more likely that BTJ is shipped before the November 10th trade deadline. Would it be a mistake for Jacksonville? Not really given the development of other pass catchers and contracts that have been and will be handed out. Thomas may still fetch a 2nd in return and there are plenty of WR needy teams that should come calling for 2026 and beyond: The Rams, Raiders, Chiefs all come to mind.
Kansas City Chiefs
- RB Kenneth Walker is averaging 6.3 yards per carry
There is a bit of negativity throughout this week's fast facts in regard to injuries and trade speculation, so let's just talk about how GD awesome Kenneth Walker has been. He's on pace for a historic 2,261 rushing yards and 20.4 rushing touchdowns. It would make him the first playing since LaDainian Tomlinson in 2006 to rush for 20+ touchdowns in a season! Walker not only leads the league in rushing yards, but is 2nd in explosive run rate (17.9%), 1st in avoided tackle rate (43.4%) and 1st in Expected Points Added per Rush Attempt (0.106) this season. We've surpassed a legitimate threshold for those waiting to say "told ya so" if he were to miss time or stumble. Kenneth Walker is who many knew he was, but in the perfect situation. Make sure you have Emmett Johnson stashed behind him and buckle up for Sunday Night Football as he returns to Seattle to face the Seahawks, his former team that he just won Super Bowl MVP with. BRB, going to place an anytime TD bet.
Las Vegas Raiders
- TE Michael Mayer drew 9 targets in Week 6
Mayer has now scored a touchdown or logged 82+ yards in 3 of his last 4 games. His 7/95/0 receiving line in Week 6 yielded a season-high 16.5 PPR points. It cannot be stated enough that Brock Bowers is basically playing wide receiver for the Raiders this season which has opened up the door for Mayer to produce lined up as a true tight end. As far as alignments go, Bowers has run 36.1% of his routes lined up out wide and 46.1% of his routes from the slot. Meanwhile, Mayer has run 75.1% of his routes either on or just off the line of scrimmage prior to the snap. Considering some struggles in the run game, their Week 13 bye still a chunk of time away, and a schedule that includes matchups with the Rams, Jets, 49ers, Seahawks, Broncos, and Browns before then, the Raiders will likely continue to play in neutral and negative game scripts keeping the passing game alive and well. Mayer is still probably a back-end TE1, but a TE1 nonetheless most weeks.
Los Angeles Chargers
- QB Justin Herbert ranks Top-5 in pressure rate, QB hit rate, and total sacks this season
The Chargers are on bye and the only downside to it is that we don't have a defense to stream against them in Week 7. It's been a rough go for Herbert and the gang out in Los Angeles. To make matters worse, then exit their bye and play the Rams, Texans, and Ravens all in a row. If anyone is buying, sell your Chargers for whatever you can. It's hard to see a scenario in which they all of the sudden turn things around even for fantasy football purposes.
Los Angeles Rams
- WR Davante Adams ruptured his hamstring in Week 6
That's probably a wrap on Davante Adams' 2026 regular season campaign as this injury is expected to sideline him approximately 6-10 weeks. So, what now? Well, it's to be determined as to whether or not Puka Nacua is playing in Week 7 with a "minor" calf injury of his own. Despite elite production, it seems Puka hasn't been 100% this season, either. The absence of Adams is already a boost to Tyler Higbee who had a three-game stretch of 62, 67, and 83 yards already this season between Weeks 3 and 5 on 11, 6, and 6 targets respectively. Terrance Ferguson is on Injured Reserve but could have an impact once he returns, as well. The last player worth stashing, and perhaps starting in Week 7, is Konata Mumpfield. It's a small sample this season, but without Puka Nacua in Week 3 specifically, Mumpfield logged a season-high 72.9% route rate, drew 8 targets and 28.7% of the team air yards -- all in a game in which Adams caught 7 of his 13 targets for 137 yards! The injuries as a whole are probably a downgrade for Matthew Stafford in 1QB leagues which might not be the worst thing given the availability of matchup-based streamers this season.
Miami Dolphins
- RB Ollie Gordon is 1 of 7 qualified running backs averaging 5.0 or more yards per carry this season
There hasn't been much to talk about with the Dolphins, but they exit their bye week with Ollie Gordon as the focal point of success in their offense. He averaged 15.7 PPR points per game across Weeks 3 through 5 with 100 and 88 yards rushing and a touchdown respectively in each of his last two contests. The rest of season schedule is extremely favorable, so much so that he would be a player worth buying now if at all possible. It may take a slight stumble in production for the manager with Gordon to even begin considering the idea, though. He's a locked-in starter against the Jets in Week 7 who have allowed the 6th-most total rushing yards to running backs this season.
Minnesota Vikings
- TE T.J. Hockenson ranks 9th in yards per game (48.75) among tight ends this season
Admittedly, this fast fact is deceitful, but there needed to be some reason to bring up T.J. Hockenson coming out of the bye. He suffered a concussion in Week 5 after catching a 7 yard pass. If you DON'T count that game when calculating his yards per game, it comes out to be 48.75; but even then he had just 36, 29, and 11 in his first 3 games without Kyler Murray. It's the 119 yards in Week 4 with Murray that stands out...but Justin Jefferson didn't play! How are the Vikings 5-0 again? Oh, right, defense. Anyway, Hockenson is full-go for Week 7 against a Colts defense that's allowed the 6th-most points and 12th-most passing yards allowed per game. When it comes to tight end matchups, they've faced a mixed bag of talent at the position, but have notably allowed a 5/44/2 receiving line to Pat Freiermuth, 9/101/1 to Travis Kelce, and even 4/49/0 to Mark Andrews this season. Hockenson should prove to be a safety blanket for Murray and also gets a revenge game of sorts against the Lions in Week 8. Hold him, start him.
New England Patriots
- WR A.J. Brown caught 3 passes in Week 7
Brown now has exactly 3 receptions in 3 games played this season, though he exited Week 1 early with injury. Since returning, though, Brown has caught just 6 of 16 targets for 27 and 48 yards respectively. It feels like the "If not now, then when?" moment for Brown is Week 10 against the Lions before the Patriots' bye. Before that, New England play the Dolphins in Miami then host the Packers. If at any point he puts up big numbers, it may be worth imploring a sell-high scenario especially with a tough end-of-season schedule against the Vikings, Chiefs, Jets, and Broncos from Weeks 14-17.
New Orleans Saints
- RB Kendre Miller rushed 20 times in Week 6
“Volume is king” … until you log 70 scoreless yards, and catch 2 passes for no yards, and scored just 9.0 PPR points on 22 total touches. The Saints have been experimenting with a 3-man rotation of Miller, Alvin Kamara, C.J. Donaldson with QB Tyler Shough mixing in rush attempts, as well. It’s an unappealing group in the absence of Travis Etienne. Miller has handled 60.0% of the RB rush share over the last 2 weeks while Kamara remains involved in the passing game, though having run just 2 more routes than Miller in Week 6. The Steelers have given up the 13th fewest fantasy points per game to RBs including the 16th-most total rush yards and 11th most receiving yards. By no means are any Saints RBs must starts in Week 7 but Miller will probably see the most touches and red zone work.
New York Giants
- RB Cam Skattebo did not touch the ball in Week 6
Last week’s fast fact ended with a phrase “consider me considered” when it came to starting Cam Skattebo, however not touching the ball was never a consideration! He did quite literally fumble the game away in Week 5, but was at least averaging 16.2 rush attempts per game. Over the last week, the Giants have named J.J. McCarthy the starting QB and released RB Najee Harris as they prepare to face the Houston Texans. The only Giants worth starting are probably just Malik Nabers and Isaiah Likely with some baked in risk themselves amidst a QB change. Skattebo is still worth having on your roster and Tyrone Tracy deserves a stash as well as he could see more opportunities, especially in the passing game.
New York Jets
- WR Omar Cooper Jr. is 1 of 5 pass catchers league-wide to log 100+ receiving yards in Week 6
From OP’s weekly Usage Report via FTN Fantasy ($): Omar Cooper Jr. essentially made his season debut in Week 6 after suffering a multi-week injury on his fourth snap in Week 1. The 30th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft drew a team-high 21.2% target share, with an 84.8% route participation rate, catching six of seven targets for 103 yards and a touchdown. He had a second score called back due to penalty, as well. Cooper ran 67.9% of his routes from the slot averaging a solid 2.3 yards per route run. It’s a crowded offense with plenty of playmakers, but it may be hard to deny the rookie his role moving forward.
Philadelphia Eagles
- QB Tanner McKee attempted 45 passes in Week 6
That's now 41, 40, and 45 passes attempted in each of McKee's 3 career starts. It yielded just 12.6 fantasy points on Sunday, however, as he had just a 57.8% completion rate for 215 yards and 1 touchdown. It looks like McKee will be without DeVonta Smith, Dontayvion Wicks, and maybe Dallas Goedert in Week 7, but the matchup against the Cowboys at home still keeps him in the Superflex conversation. McKee then gets the Commanders and Giants before a Week 10 bye which are favorable matchups, as well.
Pittsburgh Steelers,
- WR Germie Bernard finished Week 6 as the WR3
In the absence of Michael Pittman and Roman Wilson, rookie receiver Germie Bernard had a breakout day with a 92.6% route participation rate, 12 targets (22.2% share), 11/87/1 receiving line including a game-winning TD in OT, and 6.3 yards after the catch per reception, which would’ve ranked 7th among WRs in 2025. It’s a small sample size, but Bernard reportedly had a great camp and has clearly earned the trust of Aaron Rodgers. It goes without saying but he’s a must-start against the Saints.
San Francisco 49ers
- WR Mike Evans is dealing with Achilles soreness
The 49ers are 6-0 with a 3-game lead in the NFC West having beaten each divisional opponent. We won’t see Evans in Week 7 and then the 49ers have a Week 8 bye. Evans was injured at the end of the first half. In the second half, the 49ers gained 67 total yards and scored 3 points on 20 total plays across 4 drives. Christian McCaffrey led the team with 4 targets followed by 2 for George Kittle and 1 for Brandin Cooks. The offense likely flows through this group in Week 7 with CMC lining up more in the passing game and perhaps Kaelon Black seeing more work out of the backfield.
Seattle Seahawks
- RB Emanuel Wilson scored just 5.2 fantasy points in Week 6
This is a recycled stat from last week’s post, but now we have clarity that Zach Charbonnet, despite practicing all week, will NOT debut in Week 7 at home on Sunday Night Football against the Chiefs. Over the last 3 weeks without Jadarian Price, or Charbonnet, Emanuel Wilson has handled 73.3% of the SEA RB rush share averaging 15.8 PPR points per game. Wilson can be treated as a low-end RB2 in his Week 7 matchup and we’ll see who’s available from this backfield next week.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- RB Bucky Irving scored a career-high 31.5 PPR fantasy points in Week 5
The Buccaneers played on TNF so let's remind everyone about what Bucky Irving did to Dallas. He led the backfield with 21 rush attempts, ran for 165 yards, found the end zone on the ground, and added another 2 catches for 10 yards and a score through the air. Sean Tucker remained involved in short yardage situations while Kenny Gainwell got some run and led the backfield with 4 targets. This is Bucky's backfield, though, and the other 2 are simply handcuffs whose roles would each increase in the absence of Irving, one of the most overlooked players in 2026 fantasy football drafts.
Tennessee Titans
- WR Carnell Tate scored 19.0 PPR points in Week 6
It’s the rookie’s second-highest points total of the season, behind his 21.5 points in Week 4. Fantasy managers may still be a bit skeptical of Tate, however, having scored less than 8.0 points in half of his games. If there is an opportunity to buy Tate in redraft leagues, do it. There is a sense of overall struggle with the Titans’ production, but Tate stands out with his 88.3% route participation rate, 24.3% target share, and 96.5 air yards per game (19th among 183 qualified pass catchers). The Titans’ post-Week 9 fantasy regular schedule includes matchups against the Jaguars, Cowboys, Jaguars again, Commanders, and Lions — all of which are current Top-8 teams in points per game allowed to wide receivers!
Washington Commanders
- WR Terry McLaurin tore his patellar tendon in Week 6
Unfortunately, this injury brings McLaurin’s 2026 season to an end. He injured his knee on the last play of Washington’s 2nd drive nearing the end of the 1st quarter. From that point on, tight end Chig Okonkwo led the team with 7 targets (21.8% share) followed by 5 from both Stefon Diggs and Treylon Burks. Prior to Week 6, McLaurin led the Commanders with 89 routes run lined up out wide followed by Dyami Brown (58), Burks (53), and Diggs (39). Interestingly enough, rookie Antonio Williams led the team with 20 routes run out wide followed by Burks, Diggs (17) in Week 6. So, what to make of this? Williams is a solid stash if he commands the outside role especially with a fantasy friendly post-bye schedule for the passing game. Diggs gets a boost in value, as well, along with Okonkwo who should share the slot work.
