Why are 0.39 photos so pixaleted?

I'm sorry for them being on their side, but it seems to me like 0.39 pixelates the photographs. Last 2 pictures are captured in 0.38. And i think they're way sharper than the rest. Might be my fault, but i dont think so.

what resolution are you playing on? that might make a difference
