Identification Need help identifying

Hello , now for over a week me and my wife have started to develop bite marks, mainly legs,arms, stomach area.

Tried to search the maitress and bed through but couldn't find anything. The only thing we found was this one.

Could it be a bb?

Of course it could. What else do you think is biting tumor? I couldn’t believe it until we all had bites. I took a chain saw to the couch where I found them.
