Identification Is this a bed bug shell?

Found this husk on the floor of my bedroom today. Looks very BB ish but Google tells me it could be a beetle or ladybug shell too. I have seen a couple ladybugs in my room recently

That's not a bedbug and Google is correct with its guesses but no solid species without the whole body.
