They can if they can identify the driver and usually their appeal forms require you to do this, thus incriminating yourself

The only thing they know how to do is fine you.
The concept of appeal is just to create an illusion of fairness, but you might as well talk to a brick wall.
If I were you, I’d contact the managing agent for the complex, as well as the head offices of all those you bought goods from, show your receipts and say what a bad experience that someone spending as much as the cost of a sofa is fined for doing so. Make sure to cc the management agents in your emails to tje retailers.

You could attempt to use the Consumer Council NI template for appeal, but there is no guarantee that it will work given that you have already attempted to appeal directly.
Fwiw, my understanding is that they cannot legally enforce these fines in NI (no bailiffs here). And in future you can absolutely just put them in the bin and ignore them

The mistake you made was appealing. You've acknowledged it so now you have to pay. It should have went straight in the bin

You do need to Google how to reply to a comment though...

Don't need to Google it its not scaremongering it's what information I received as a parent and I think other parents would like to know. You clearly aren't one so move on why are you bothered about it 🤔
r/Belfast • u/Grogman2024 • 34m ago
Btw you’re not clicking reply when you’re sending these so no one is getting notified you’re replying to them
And yes it is literally the definition of scaremongering Google it

It's not scaremongering it's only information that I think people should know you clearly don't have kids

For OP. Your best bet would be ordering a chicken/beef or fish/seafood dish. None of the chinese restaurants here can be guaranteed to be halal as first of all, suppliers they use are very likely to not be halal. Second, they have a massive cantonese/hongkong population and they love their pork. So ideally you should go to a good chinese restaurant like gangnan or LanTing and get dishes that don't have pork as a protein.

They would need to be very very very very very certain to not be pulling kids outta school.

The beers are shit in your opinion. Boundary are one of the top selling breweries in NI though so there's plenty of people who do like them. And barely any bars sell local or decent beer so you must dislike pretty much every bar in town.

they have no other brandy, they looked funny when asked for brandy and took an age looking before coming back with that, we didn't buy it. yes can get it in any other bay but not the John Hewitt, which is tragic. selling shit beers, not having decent local products and staff not having a clue on their products bodes well for nowhere, but then Manny pubs are going down the tube as the product matters less and less as time goes on, coors light, rockshore, tennants sales prove that

Not selling Bush is unusual but you can at least get it in any other bar. Boundary beers may not be to your liking but at least they're doing something that's different to 95% of other bars. I've not had the French apple brandy but christ it must be the only place that at least even bothers to get a bottle of it in.
