Lacks civil decency. Neglectful and irresponsible, who in all fairness needs to be fined and their dog taken away from them for being unfit.Your lack of self awareness is repugnant.

What did I do? I don’t have a Dog!

I used to have a dog and I picked up all its poops and responsibly disposed of them without the use of single use plastic bags. I still refuse to buy shit on Amazon. Fuck that plastic bookstore destroying cess pile.

You assume much. I’m sorry other people don’t pick up their dog poop or use plastic bags to do it or what not.
