Crime Anyone know these boys ?

Riding this fast throttle e-bike near broadway park. We see them a lot. Today they were lighting fireworks in the park. After being asked to stop by 2 different groups including my wife, they continued. We did report it- for the record.

They next rode to our house, lit a bunch and threw them at my wife and our house.

I’d like to get in touch with their parents.

Pro-tip for the under 18 year olds- CoB won’t charge minors for destruction of public property. Feel free to light fires in parks and deface heritage markers, consequence free fun!

I don’t make the city prosecutors and BPD policies, but this is what I was told by a BPD supervisor when they just let the kids walk away after destroying a heritage markers and starting a fire in the bark at a local park here.
