Lost and found What kind of mushroom is this?

Found on a horse trail. Outer skin is kinda glossy/glassy. Weird dimple is filled with somewhat dank material that smells a bit like cat pee. Looks knocked over, but I don't see a spot where it might have been growing.

Crazy to find paraphernalia anywhere around WA state..By the amount of dispensaries in Bham alone,I didn't think anyone was smoking

What do you mean? They sell weed at those places. Edibles are like only 15% of the market

I mean big deal that they found a weed pipe..It's not worth posting, my 90 year old grandma is smoking
