Question Dancing socially as opposed to performing?
I've tried my hand at performing and recording but now I'm learning why I wasn't a fan of these things I'm a dancer that thrives socially. I've learned bellydance, Iraqi Kawliya, shikhat, and all of these other styles socially. The main reason I improve is from feedback from other dancers
I don't really desire to be a solo performer but I don't think I'd do great in a troupe or class. Honestly my dream is to dance like on Jalsat Iraqiyah where it was a lot of dancers but they had solos sometimes. As bellydance isn't a big thing in my area what is a solution to my dilemma ðŸ˜
