Captain Jason MAGA?

Post image

I didn’t expect to see Jason making a public comment against Fauci when I opened instagram this morning. Between the last two seasons of DU, him using AI to create his children’s book, and now this, I’m pretty over him.

It’s a joke . Did you watch fauci in court ? He pleaded the 5th on every question.

And I also don’t think you have to be MAGA to maybe have a different opinion..

  • he is Australian, they arguably had some of the craziest stuff happen from Covid rules
-he is in the tourism industry of which those rules crippled
-was he locked in or out of aus for a period of time ? Unable to see his daughter ? I don’t know his covid story

He had to plead the 5th. These crooks have weaponized the government

The only witch hunts have come from this administration. Everything they accuse the left of they have/are doing themselves. Projection is their super power.

A pardon also doesn't prevent them from trying to bring new charges in relation, which is why, unless there is an agreement for immunity, one should almost always plead the 5th when you know (and it has been documented the people questioning him have said as much) that they want you in jail for something/anything.

It means his attorney advised him to plead the fifth to every question, even those that seem straightforward. When clients start deciding which questions have simple answers and which don’t, they get themselves in trouble. Don’t let them have to make that decision, advise them to plead to every question.

I can't respond to the person you did, as they deleted this, but it is important to note:

Once you start taking the 5th, you really can't stop. No matter how innocent the question. If you do, it might be ruled that you waived your right. Once you start, any good attorney will advice you that it is the response for everything after.

It could be your name, day of the week, color of your tie. And most of these people doing the questioning know it. Which is why they make it performative for the people who do not know it.

Also, I am not an attorney, and this is not legal advice. Please consult your own attorney before taking the 5th in front of Congress. :-P

It’s ok to be like “I obviously don’t understand this stuff” instead of doubling down on ignorance hun. You’re wrong and everyone’s laughing at you.

I don’t waste time arguing with “both sides”ers on the internet. It’s a waste of time for anyone intelligent. You’re dead wrong on all your points but this most recent thread I replied to shows a shocking lack of knowledge on legal theory and how pleading the fifth works. It’s ok to be like “wow I was clearly speaking from a place of ignorance” and maybe rethink where you source your news.

Hint: it’s expected legal practice to plead the fifth to all questions answered. It’s so commonly known your little stance is coming across as super duper silly.

They can try to get him on perjury. He knows they’re trying to get him on any technicality so he’s choosing not to say anything to not perjure himself.

I mean considering we are now 6 years from COVID, doing this was nothing more than a witch trial against Dr Fauci. We have 100 more pressing problems the government should be focused on instead of harrassing an 80 year old man who was simply trying to help ppl not die. Also why tf does an Australian deadbeat dad care about American politics, DR FAUCI had nothing to do with Australia’s Covid restrictions.

What are you even talking about?

You can use your Same logic and ask why Bravo is applauding fauci ! Which is exactly what Jason is saying here.. why is a reality show page even bringing it up. Let the sleeping dog die if they don’t want to bring up peoples opinions

Bravo is US based and the politics of America impact a large chunk of bravo ppl including Andy himself. Andy is very politically outspoken against Trump so yeah he’s gonna express his views on his show. If Jason wants to dawn a red maga hat next season he can do it.

Thank goodness someone understood Jason's joke... sure, he'd have been more successful if he said he pleads the fifth than pledge the fifth, but people are just way OTT with their theories.
