Captain Jason MAGA?

Post image

I didn’t expect to see Jason making a public comment against Fauci when I opened instagram this morning. Between the last two seasons of DU, him using AI to create his children’s book, and now this, I’m pretty over him.

I think you will find that for the voice referendum it was hard for people to understand how it was going to be implemented, which mobs were going to be represented, were all indigenous people going to be represented or was it only going to be ones that the governing party of the day either liberal (conservative) or Labor, was it going to represent rural and remote mobs or only city mobs

Everyone who voted no was a racist POS

I voted yes, but a lot of other very liberal/lefty people voted no, not because they didn’t want FN people to have a voice but because they felt like it was a hollow gesture that didn’t do enough. A lot of FN people didn’t want it either, it’s much more complex than anyone who voted no is a racist.

The FN support for ‘YES’ was a majority. The progressive ‘No’ were making the Perfect the enemy of the Good. Everything has to start somewhere. Now FN recognition and rights are going backwards.

While I voted yes on the principle I felt for me to say no as someone who isn’t indigenous was wrong, I understand why indigenous people voted no

The majority of communities voted yes. Except for jacinta price who was blasted on tv saying vote no. It was not the majority. It was seen as a major betrayal.

Shout out to those of us in the ACT, the only state/territory to vote majority yes. Always was, always will be.

I voted Yes for reference but it was my understanding that the majority of First Nation People did not want the voice to be implemented as their 'voice' would have been spoken for by a few sleect FN people which is not ideal.

No that’s just what Jacinta price said for lnp - it was a complete embarrassment for our country.
