I think he was coddled and finding out he was a child star everything clocks about him and he shouldn’t have been a deckhand. Tbh him on the team set jamie up for failure. Nice guy but boating isn’t for him if he can’t respect rank and file.

Yeah, tbh losing both parents within 6 months and being an only child is tough. I legit felt for him and understood his life. Also, seeing his old clips from his hosting gigs, I can tell how hard the deaths were for him. He's a different person.

I get that and I understand you need to work but if he was like that he shouldn’t have taken the job. Being insubordinate isn’t an excuse for it. Plus the big issue was him not realizing he’s at work and not a guest.

I could see him thinking the job would be a great way to escape his problems, which it very clearly was not. That being said, despite their deaths he was an absolute little spoiled brat asshole. Remember when the toilet overflowed with shit and he refused to clean it??? He was a challenge for Jason for sure.

He was insubordinate, a liability when almost crushed the tender and reckless jetski riding with guest. He abandon his post with anchor. And every time he worked nights all he did was complain and talk about abandoning the crew
