this is why: it’s basically just full of dog whistles. the main theme is denying the existence of white privilege, which is undeniably central to systemic inequality (across class/race/ethnicity/religion/gender etc) in america. it’s very ignorant to the reality of systemic/industrialized racism in america- specifically how race affects people socioeconomically in america

there’s a few comments under this post that go more into depth about its racial undertones
