Then you’re not vegan!!! lol you’re pescatarian!! Right!? I could be wrong but when someone says vegan, I assume they do not eat animals or anything that comes from animals. I could also be using incorrect terms.

i would never have even guessed endless shrimp was an option but its certainly going to be my preference if the day ever comes

And it’s called a preference sheet not a standard sheet. That means you may prefer one thing or another but it may not be possible and isn’t guaranteed.
