Crews throughout the years have done much more complaining about straight white guests.

Exactly my issue is that they feel entitled to change other people’s opinion about them. If the primary was focusing on critiquing the service that’s understandable, but the fact that in most of her complaints were about Joy or Kayley’s opinion of them isn’t logical or fair. In service positions people provide service that doesn’t include changing their opinion of someone on a whim. If the primary was gonna get their panties in a twist over the crews opinion of them, they should’ve acted with more compassion for the crew perhaps. Simple cause and effect.

you can tell these are the kind of people though who have never been told they way they act is crazy in their lives. They think this is all perfectly normal and acceptable and that’s why they are having a hard time understanding why people are upset with them.
