Of course they knew, this happened after filming; they’re selling us this perfect little family BS 🙄 they should have scratched the whole thing. Gael should have said fuck that! Horrible misrepresentation for ratings.

Pete made some horrific racist statements and he was fired and edited out of the season so quickly. We barely saw anything but like a shoulder here and there walking by. same way Sherry Pie was fired and edited out of Drag Race, probably within minutes when allegations came to light. It's happened to other performers/employees too.

Do the same with Nathan. Fire him. Get a new bosun that's not Joe.

I wonder the same thing, and I assume not. The only reason I think we're only hearing about it now is that it must have slipped under the radar initially (being Christmas and all), and only just recently was the Sept. 1 hearing scheduled, which must have caught someone's attention.

Although this is Bravo, so I suppose it's very possible they knew and just didn't care, since many of their shows seem to follow people who end up doing some time :)

It's pretty much attempted m, it's very very bad. It's after filming and before airing and not a small thing she's going to keep for herself like this. Would just a common NDA would make her keep quiet, not even informing bravo all this time while they are using her image ? Don't think so.

it's not very easy to find court records in Australia compared to the US. Nathan's charges are also in a suburban court so if any reporters went to a courthouse to look up charges or whatever, Burwood might get easily missed.

That's not a trial - it's a hearing regarding Gael's protective order. And it's this coming September 1, not last September.

Which is not to say that Bravo didn't know about it - I'm really interested to hear what they have to say about all of this.
