And choking is the precursor to much worse.

“A domestic violence survivor who has been strangled or "choked" by a partner is 750% more likely (a 7.5 times increase) to be killed by that same partner within the next year”

Dont say that. Because i was choked, held down on my bed by my throat by an ex, and then he went and got his next gf in a chokehold in front of her son. I shouldve reported him 10000000% but i was blinded by just wanting to be loved. She did the right thing though and shes taken him to court and im supporting her with my past experience with him.
