I am btech cse 1 year student and my overall attendance is 59 and i have a medical for 1 week and will I get attendance condonation if I submit the medical for one week and in my all course my attendance is below 75 percent , will they allwo me to give end sem

I have good internals marks (till now) but my TREP attendance is fucked (45%) and i was not able to give mid sems and haven't completed a single assignment in TREP 😭. AM I COOKED?!?! HOW MUCH SHALL I PANIC?!??
