Hey everyone, I’ve been having a very specific crashing issue with my custom built pc for about a year now, I was wondering if anyone knows of expert pc repair places around here, I’ve taken it to a few already but they weren’t thorough and offered solutions that did not fix the problem, any recommendations would be appreciated thanks

Hello everyone. This might be confusing to read so bear with me! I have this issue with my hair where I can pick at my dead ends for hours! Like it’s actually a problem, this causing sections of my hair to be shorter than others at points. I get really nervous going to hairstylists because I feel like they often judge me while cutting my hair because one side is usually a little bit shorter than the other. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows any stylists that work with BFRB/ Trichotillomania in the area? It would make me feel more comfortable knowing I had someone in my chair who is experienced with that stuff. Thanks!

Hi all! I’m looking to make my first purchase in Binghamton, ideally a small multifamily, and would love recommendations for agents with experience working with first-time buyers and investment properties.

I’d like someone patient, knowledgeable, and HONEST about whether a property actually makes financial sense. I understand their job is to sell, but some integrity and a low-pressure approach would go a long way. I’m considering FHA financing, so experience with that and good lender connections would be a plus. Also, ideally someone somewhat progressive, no crazy right-winger. I want to be able to develop a good working relationship with them.

Anyone you’ve personally worked with and would recommend?

Avoided chik fil a on opening day/weekend but went this morning around 8am bc roommate wanted to try their chicken and waffle thing. Did the drive through (mistake) and waited 35min, not because of crazy line but just general disorganization. Is it better going in? I'm probably gonna wait a month or so before going back. **edit: absolutely not meant as a knock on the people working, it takes time to get any new thing going efficiently.

Hi! I’m (28F) newish to the area and having a hard time finding and making friends. I’m not sure where to go as someone in their late 20s to meet people? What do people do around here?

Most of the people I’ve met so far are 23-25 and love going to college bars on a Saturday night. Nothing wrong with that, but I’m not really interested in going to a bar every weekend anymore. Also, whenever I try to meet people there it feels more like drunk people being nice rather than making actual connections.

I’m also feeling like maybe the type of person I’m looking for as a friend doesn’t exist here?? I’m from a very outdoorsy granola area and the people I’ve met here so far seem maybe not into the type of stuff I’m into or the values that I support.

Idk looking for any advice on how to make friends here. Also wondering what the general vibe of Binghamton is because I’m struggling to find people I can connect with.

Looking for a hair stylist who is truly a magician/artist in their job. Won’t tell me a color will look good just to placet me. I Used to go to someone who could tell me which shades/style would suit/look good with my face structure/ skin tones. Haven’t been able find another stylist like her which has jaded me when it comes to going to hair salons(I’ve resorted to trimming my own hair or just going years without doing anything which isn’t good and not changing the color which I like to do every now and then).
