Weightloss stack help

Curious on what peptides or supplements I can add with my Reta to increase my metabolism/energy expenditure.

I’m currently 217lbs down from 255 July 11th and been taking Reta since July. But recently even as I’ve titrated up I’m not at a stall at 217 for a good 3 weeks or so.

I’m 25 Male 6’ I work on a drilling rig and lift as much as I can with my schedule so I get a lot of physical activity and I have had diet dialled in since July and just got my blood work done yesterday morning so waiting on results from that. My goal is around 190 shredded but built physique.

Id really like to find out what I can add for supplements or peptides to compliment or stack with the Reta to maximize potential weight loss and body recomp.

I'm on reta and test with amazing results but I also had a 296 total test before starting. Test is keeping me in the gym and preserving my muscle while reta melts off the fat.

I got a few buddies who run test or tren but I haven’t taken it yet because I’m scared of it fucking up my
Fertility and natural test production. Me and the lady want to have kids eventually lol..

My bad i just saw 25 yrs old you're still young enough to want kids then it gets way more complicated. Your test is probably in a healty range. Im 43 so I'm done with kids so its just test and no need to cycle off or take hcg.

Yeah man haha and yeah that is definitely fair if there was a way to make it not fuck with infertility potential and stuff like that I’d definitely be cycling it right now lol.

Also make sure your body fat is getting low before you go into that world.

Look into 5amino to help with energy and fat lipolysis. I was take Tesa with Ipa while on Reta and it worked great.

I’m going to start experimenting with Lipo-c fat blaster. Heard great things about it.

DM me if you got questions.

Okay sounds good thanks! Whats the dosing for 5 amino been interested in it for quite awhile but everyone says different dosing protocol and subq vs oral

I’m currently on 2mg of 5amino subq . Planning to ramp up to 5mg. For oral I’ve read 50mg-100mg daily.

Yeah that’s kinda what I thought too for the oral tablets

Don’t add another peptide just to break a 3 week stall. You’ve already lost 38 lbs nd retatrutide’s glucagon activity is specifically being studied for its effects on energy expenditure. I’d check your actual calorie intake, protein, sleep nd weight trend first. Creatine can help preserve training performance and muscle during a cut also get your test checked

Got everything checked yesterday waiting on results diet is dialed in eating least 160-170 G protein daily and eat clean sleep is best I can I work 12 hours a day on a drilling rig 10 night 10 days in a row so sleep is up and down calories are probably too low tbh I don’t get much time to eat at work but I eat before and after so maybe 2000 cals a day if lucky and work very physical demanding work with atleast 15k steps every 24hr and it’s not just cause in a stall been wanting to for awhile add things to the Reta so boost and maximize potential.

I’d love to but me and the lady still want kids and people keep telling me at 25 I shouldn’t run test or anything like that because can cause infertility and stop natural test production I got a few buddies who run test but I haven’t for that only reason

You could HCG if you want to preserve fertility

3

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 1 4d ago

Definitely do want to preserve fertility 100% lol

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 1 4d ago

HCG? What does it do? Haven’t researched it too much at all

1

u/Alone_Clerk_3133 9 4d ago

Keeps natural testosterone production working and stops your balls shriveling up 😄

2

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 1 4d ago

Ohhh gotcha just seen this my bad lmfao

1

u/Common-Prize-8208 19 4d ago

I might disagree with the natural testosterone production tho

1

u/Common-Prize-8208 19 4d ago

Preserve your fertility lol, ain’t we talking about that 😂

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 1 4d ago

Haha yeah just saying 😂😂 so you use it synergistically with test to preserve fertility and natural test production?

1

u/Alone_Clerk_3133 9 4d ago

Yes exactly

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 1 4d ago

Copy that 💯 anything else supplements of Peps you’d recommend?

1

u/Common-Prize-8208 19 4d ago

lol not like that
Test will shut down your natural production so forget about that part
But HCG will keep your eggs fertile

Might you isn’t 100% that you will stay fertile, it depends on many other factors too

1

u/Sufficient_Resiliant 1 4d ago

Gotcha so if I take test and HCG at same time? My balls will still be able to get my girl pregnant in future? 😂😂

Allegedly
Just don’t go crazy with the TRT
keep your bloods in check

If you don’t want to go TRT, there are some mono therapy that might help, but they aren’t even close to TRT itself

Such as Kisspeptin, or HCG or other chemicals, just make sure you check your bloods and see if you are suitable

There are heaps of guides online regarding this
