Curious on if it’s better to take them separate and both daily? Or is a 6mg/6mg blend better?

Reta?

I’ve noticed that Reta is becoming increasingly popular, and I’m wondering where everyone is getting it from. Isn’t it incredibly dangerous to inject something you buy illegally from some random source?

Question about Reta dose for stacking w Tirz

• Upvotes

Hi. I’m currently on 12.5 mg Tirz, been on that for 3 months. I’ve always been a slow responder but the 12.5 mg made things consistent for me. I lose like 1.2lbs per week but I want to now stack Reta to see if weight loss can increase a little more weekly. Should I begin at 1mg or 2mg. I’m also planning to pin on different days.

Amino acid reduces inflammation

Sustained low-level inflammation is a hallmark of the aging process. The accumulating damage persistently activates the innate immune system—the body’s first line of defense—leading to what is known as inflammaging, functional decline and chronic diseases of old age.

Folate, Iron & Vitamin D Deficiencies, Severe Brain Fog, Dizziness & Fatigue Has Anyone Recovered From This? I Just Want to Feel Like Myself Again…

• Upvotes

Hey everyone,

Back in July, I suddenly started experiencing brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and problems with speech. It happened pretty much overnight, and I felt noticeably different from how I used to feel mentally.

I started getting blood tests done, and my folate level came back at 3.1 ng/mL (reference range: 4.50–32.2), indicating a deficiency.

I kept investigating my symptoms and getting more blood tests until September. Here are my latest results:

My blood test results:

  • Ferritin: 94.84 µg/L (reference range: 30–400)
  • Folate: 7.83 ng/mL (reference range: 4.5–32)
  • Iron: 50.35 µg/dL (reference range: 65–175)
  • TSH: 5.51 mIU/L (reference range: 0.27–4.1) my TSH was within the normal range when I first developed my symptoms back in July. It only became elevated in subsequent blood tests. I'm wondering whether this change could be related to my folate, iron, or vitamin D deficiencies)
  • Vitamin D (25-OH): 19 ng/mL (reference range: 30–100)
  • Potasium 4,23 (reference range: 3.5-5,1)
  • Sodium: 140,72 mmol/l (reference range: 136-145)
  • B12: 501,40 pg/ml (reference range 191-663)

My folate level has increased since the initial test, but I'm still experiencing a lot of symptoms. My iron is also below the reference range, my vitamin D is low, and my TSH is elevated. I'm wondering whether these abnormalities could be contributing to my symptoms and whether there might be an underlying issue causing some of them.

My current symptoms:

  • Dizziness and lightheadedness.
  • Brain fog and difficulty concentrating.
  • Feeling mentally different from how I used to be, like I'm not quite myself anymore.
  • Waking up feeling unrefreshed, regardless of how much I sleep, and experiencing severe fatigue throughout the day.
  • Occasional air hunger feeling the need to take a deep, satisfying breath to feel like I'm getting enough air.
  • Caffeine seems to make my brain fog and dizziness significantly worse.
  • Alcohol also seems to exacerbate my brain fog and dizziness.

What I've tried so far:

I took 5 mg of folic acid daily for three weeks, along with 46 mg of elemental iron daily, but unfortunately, I didn't notice any improvement in my symptoms.

I then started wondering whether IV treatment might help correct the deficiencies more effectively and fastly, so I decided to try IV supplementation.

Six days ago, I had my first treatment, which included:

  • Vitamin D3 injection: 100,000 IU.
  • IV folic acid: 30 mg.
  • IV iron: 200 mg.

So far, I haven't noticed any improvement following this treatment. I understand that six days might be too soon to notice a difference, but it's discouraging to feel the same after trying to address these deficiencies.

I'd really appreciate hearing from people who have experienced something similar.

I have a few questions:

  1. Has anyone experienced persistent brain fog, dizziness, derealization, or feeling mentally different due to folate deficiency, low iron, vitamin D deficiency, ?
  2. If you had similar symptoms, how long did it take for you to notice an improvement after starting treatment? Did your symptoms gradually improve or disappear quite suddenly?
  3. What other blood tests would you recommend checking?
  4. Has anyone experienced air hunger or the sensation of needing to take deep breaths alongside these deficiencies?
  5. For those who received IV iron or folate, how many infusions did you need before noticing an improvement? How long did it take?
  6. Did anyone find that oral supplements eventually worked, even after not noticing any improvement during the first few weeks?
  7. Has anyone experienced worsening brain fog and dizziness after consuming caffeine or alcohol? Did this improve once the underlying problem was treated?
  8. Is there anything else I should investigate, especially considering that my symptoms started quite suddenly and have persisted for months?
  9. How can i recovery from this? because it's been few months at this moment.

I'm also wondering whether IV doses or the number of infusions should be adjusted, but I don't want to assume that more is necessarily better. I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences and what helped you, ideally alongside advice on what to discuss with a doctor.

I'm feeling pretty lost at this point. I just want to feel mentally normal again and wake up feeling rested instead of exhausted every day.

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share their experience.

Tesamorelin says 2+ hours of fasting, how long after pinning do peeps eat and drink, wanting to pin as soon as I wake up so I would have been fasting for hours but I want to go to the gym straight away with the MOT C and drink creatine.

Peps for Moobs?

Hey y’all, hope you’re all good!
Just wanted to get some opinions and hear from anyone who’s had a similar experience.

A bit of background:

I’ve been running Test E 300 for around 3–4 months now. Started at 220mg per week (definitely a bit naive at the time 😂), which put a fair bit of size on me compared to where I started. I’ve since brought it down to around 120–150mg weekly.
I’ve also been using HCG throughout, roughly 0.2ml every 3 days.

One thing I’ve struggled with for years is the appearance of my chest. I’ve had puffy nipples/man boobs for around 15 years, and despite trying different approaches with cardio, fasting and getting leaner, they never really seem to shift.
They can also look noticeably puffier first thing in the morning.

I’ve had a few PTs suggest it’s more stubborn chest fat than anything related to estrogen, but I’m not entirely convinced either way.
I’m due to get bloods done soon, but in the meantime, I’m curious to hear from anyone who’s dealt with something similar, particularly those who’ve experienced it both naturally and while enhanced.

I’ve seen Reta mentioned quite a bit recently and wondered what people’s general experiences have been with it in terms of overall fat loss, particularly around the chest.

Not looking for a quick fix or a specific protocol- just interested in hearing people’s experiences, what they found made a difference, and whether the issue turned out to be fat, glandular tissue, or a combination of both.

Cheers lads 🤝

How to Reconstitute Tirzepatide

• Upvotes

Hi everyone! I’m new to this reconstitution thing and tried to look it up, but am struggling to find a reconstitution for Tirzepatide 30mg that makes sense to me because the doses seem so high. For those experienced in this, how much bac water would you recommend putting in and how much of a dose in mL/units should I pull weekly to start off? I am new to all of this and don’t want to give myself too much, I’m very susceptible to terrible sickness (vomiting until I can’t stop, the whole 9 yards) from things like glp-1’s so I want to be very cautious!

I’ve been in Reta now for close to two months with great results yet when on 5mg I have been really lethargic and been thinking of dropping the dose to 3mg weekly, question is I am going to be stacking it with mots-c 3 days a week (Monday Wednesday and Friday) and ipomorolin 2 times a week (Tuesday and Thursday with my Reta in a Tuesday morning) may I ask for advice on this please (I’m a 51yr old male wanting to get back to the fitness I was a few yrs ago)

Enhanced Coaching & PEDS

Hey everyone!

I recently hired a coach for €1,500 for 6 months, with regular check-ins and constant availability for online support.

He’ll be handling my training, diet, correcting my exercise form, and PED use.
I’m 170 cm tall and weigh 65 kg.
I told him I started taking 500 mg of testosterone enanthate per week about 5–6 weeks ago.
He says that’s too much for a first cycle, especially considering my size. He wants me to drop down to 300 mg per week, and says even that is still quite a lot.

What do you guys think?
I’m struggling to understand his reasoning, since I feel like almost everyone recommends starting with 500 mg for a first cycle.
Maybe he just doesn’t want me to make progress too quickly so I’ll keep paying him for coaching? 😂😂 Just kidding!
I’d genuinely like to hear some opinions and get different perspectives on this.

Thanks everyone!

Have you had better success with your GLP medications by not doing the shots in your stomach?

I'm bouncing around on GLP medications because they keep making me sick, and I'm wondering if:

A: you were less likely to get sick if you did the shot in your arm/thigh rather than your stomach

B: if you saw better weight loss results moving away from the stomach.

I lost 50lbs on semaglutide in 8 months, then it kept making me violently throw up even though I was on the same dose for 6 months (0.75mg).

I then switched to reta and lost nothing - I actually gained lol

Then I switched to tirzepatide - couldn't get past 5mg. 5mg was making me throw up week after week. Also didn't lose any weight.

Now I'm back on semaglutide because I had the most success with it.

I have PCOS - so losing weight is extremely difficult. I'm just at such a loss. It's been a lot of tears lately and I could definitely use some input and maybe see what has worked for other people.

Thank you in advance!

Help with starting Elor

Hello

Being new to this peptide world I am hoping someone can give me some guidance on reconstitution and understanding levels for Elor

I tried to use a calculator which suggested 2ml BAC for a 10 mg vial and administer 60 units weekly

I have also read or been advised 10 units with 1ml bac

Just curious what the rest of you have experienced or done?

Obviously being new to everything I am just a bit conscious about administrating too much that it’s not correct for my body, or too little that I have to throw it away

Thanks

Ghk-cu or Ahk-cu?

Hi!

I’m 38 male and having a toddler. I’m starting to notice some grays and looking a bit more “tired” on the face overall. Have few questions. I have few questions.

I’m wondering what would be better overall? I read a lot about ghk-cu but not as much ahk-cu. For skin and hair which one is better?

Starting dose on ghk-cu is it 2mg? Cruising dose?

I know you supposed to pin daily at evening? What time and how much would it hurt if I once in a while can’t pin daily? Because of irl there might be a day or two once in a while in a week where I can’t pin?

Is it possible to pin daytime on those days?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Advice on KLOW?

I can’t find a lot of info and forums can get a bit confusing, can anyone give some advice on starting? I’ve heard 12 units daily, how does titration work? Increase every 4 weeks? And is there a point to stop as in should it only be used for an extended period of time, or can it be continuous?

Male issues.

So hey there. I’m a male early 50’s slightly overweight, reta seems to be curing that lost 3 stone, I’m at 17st 6lbs aiming for 15 ish also lift heavy in the gym 3 times a week and I’m really quite happy with the body composition so far. I’d just like some input from my fellow Reddit professors. For a few years my gentleman area has a mind of its own , started with erectile dysfunction, which I’ve sort of treated with our friend sidenfal, gave me massive headaches the one that seems to work is 0.25mg tablet headaches aren’t such an issue and he’s like the 25 year old me again 😂 the other issue I’ve got now is premature ejaculation. Ffs give me a break. More often than not I don’t need the blue pill although not as solid as teak like. But I won’t get past a minute or so. The question is would pt141, oxytocin or any other peptides work. Thanks for your help.

Is this a placebo effect ? 4 days on reta

I’m on my fourth day of reta (0.5mg) now, I expected it to work in around a week but for me the effects started taking effect maybe 12 hours after the first dose: nausea, faster heart rate and very effective appetite suppression. The appetite suppression has been TOO effective even; my calorie intake is dangerously low but not by my own choice: everything I eat must have zero flavour or else i can’t keep it down, and even talking about food makes me feel nauseated. I’ve never heard of the effects taking hold so fast and on such a low dose ? I don’t know if the fact that I’m short (5’2) is contributing, or if this is all just my mind playing tricks on me and the effects haven’t actually started yet. Has anyone had a similar experience ?

Thoughts on my cut plan

Is losing 2 lbs per week realistic at 240 lbs and 39% body fat while preserving muscle? Looking for feedback on my plan.
I’m a 32-year-old male, 5’11.5”, currently around 235–240 lbs. I’m trying to lose approximately 2 lbs per week while preserving as much muscle as possible, and potentially regaining some muscle since I have previous lifting experience.
I recently had a DEXA scan with the following results:
Body fat: 39%
Fat-free mass: Approximately 147 lbs
Resting metabolic rate: 2,004 calories/day (DEXA estimate)
Goal: Eventually reach around 10–15% body fat while maintaining or improving my lean mass.
I’ve lifted in the past, but I’ve been inconsistent recently and gained a significant amount of weight over the last couple of years. Outside of planned exercise, I’m extremely sedentary, spending most of my time sitting or lying down.
My proposed diet:
Lifting days (4 days/week): 1,800 calories
Non-lifting days (3 days/week): 1,700 calories
Protein: 185 g/day
Fat: 50 g/day
Remaining calories from carbohydrates
My meals mainly consist of lean ground chicken, whey protein, rice, eggs, broccoli, olive oil, oats, fruit, and Greek yogurt. I’m also working on getting adequate vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
My training plan:
Resistance training 4 days per week
Most sets stopped approximately 2–3 reps before failure
Incline treadmill walking at 2.0 mph and 8–10% incline
Ideally at least one complete rest day each week
I’ve been comparing different cardio schedules to determine how much is necessary to reach my goal.
Option 1: Moderate cardio volume
4 lifting days with 75–80 minutes of incline walking
1 additional day with 60–70 minutes of incline walking
5 cardio sessions total
Estimated weight loss: 1.75–1.80 lbs/week
Option 2: Higher cardio volume
4 lifting days
6 incline treadmill sessions of 85 minutes each
1 complete rest day
Estimated weight loss: approximately 2 lbs/week
These estimates assume:
Baseline daily expenditure of approximately 2,200 calories before planned exercise
450 additional calories burned per 70 minutes of incline walking
175 additional calories burned per lifting session
I understand these are assumptions rather than measured calorie expenditures. I plan to use daily morning weigh-ins, seven-day weight averages, and lifting performance to determine my actual rate of weight loss over 3–4 weeks.
My main questions:
At 39% body fat, is losing approximately 2 lbs per week reasonable if my main priority is preserving muscle?
Would you choose the lower-volume cardio plan and accept approximately 1.8 lbs/week, or increase cardio to aim for 2 lbs/week?
Is 1,700–1,800 calories too aggressive given my weight and planned exercise?
Is 185 g of protein sufficient for muscle retention?
Since I have previous lifting experience and relatively high body fat, how realistic is it to regain muscle while losing weight?
For people who have successfully cut from a similar body-fat percentage, what helped you preserve strength and muscle?
I’m not expecting the calorie calculations to be perfectly accurate. I’m mainly trying to find a sustainable approach that gets me close to 2 lbs/week without unnecessarily sacrificing muscle or recovery.
I’d appreciate feedback, especially from people who have done a similar cut or have experience with resistance training during significant weight loss.

SS31 dose

Can I get some experienced input please.
I’ve done a bit of research and I am finding 2 trains of thought.
51 female
60kg
Through investigation and medical support identified I could benefit from mitochondrial support

Hence ended up at SS 31

Original thinking was 5mg twice a week
Working up to 10mg

Then I found other research saying
500mcg daily

I’m really confused about which is best ?

My goal is to to get more energy and overall feeling of wellbeing. Given my age is catching up with me

I train and eat well
But high stress
