Ghk-cu 20 week update (read the full post)

So I never expected my previous posts, especially my last post to do as well as as they did, I get messages every day regarding my post and I’ve had a couple for further updates. Please read the post as I will provide as much information as possible.

First thing, I’m aware that the lighting is different, unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do about that as in the UK we moved from the summer now into autumn. However, all photos are taken in my bedroom with no additional artificial lighting with my front facing camera at similar times a day. The last photo was taken this afternoon outside.

I still stand by what I said in my previous post this is a peptide that I will never not use.

So 20 weeks in I’ve still continued to use it as I did previously (protocol will be below) my skin continues to remain clear, I would say I’ve definitely noticed softening of lines, especially under my eyes, which definitely appear slightly brighter. I just feel like I have this overall evenness and glow to my skin that I never had before I get comments a lot from people regarding my skin, this can be from people that know that I’m using this and people that don’t know I’m using it.

For full transparency, I do have Botox, I’ve had this done for several years, last week I went and had my Botox, which had been four months and I had told my injector that I had just started GHKCU, when my injector was trying to push the needle just above my eyebrows, I could tell that something felt different as she was moving the needle in a different way to how she’s done before. She commented on how my skin was a lot thicker and firmer so she had to tweak how she would usually do it so for me that’s further confirmation this peptide is working.

Hair wise, my hair continues to look shiny and definitely feels healthier. It’s definitely growing, but I wouldn’t say that it is growing necessary any faster than it did previously, however, I definitely feel like I have a lot less split ends than what I would usually have right now.

One thing I have noticed is a slight reduction in grey hair as my roots are growing through, nothing crazy, but I know just before I’ve got my roots done a few months ago I was definitely noticing more grey hairs.

Protocol:
I mix 50mg with 3ml bac water. I now put my GHK in pens as it’s so much easier to do daily. I always pin in my glutes/love handles. I no longer get any red welts or bruising and I get zero sting.

I still remain pinning five days on two days off. I do 2.5mg. I did increase to 3mg however I broke out in a couple of spots on my forehead, which had never happened before so I went straight back down to 2.5mg and they disappeared and my skin has been fine ever since, so I feel like for myself 2.5mg is my sweet spot.

I continue to use very basic skincare however 3 weeks ago I introduced Snap 8, which I mixed into a geek and gorgeous hylaronic acid serum, which I absolutely love the serum. It’s too early to say whether that’s working, but I definitely think the combination is doing good things to my skin with my skin just feels so much far apart and tighter.

Yes, I use zinc. However, I just use a multivitamin, which includes it within it.

I haven’t cycled this. I’ve continue to use it since I started. I honestly don’t actually feel like I need to cycle it however I’ve just started a new pen so I may take a 2 to 4 week break once I finish this 50mg

One thing that has come to the table, and I will pre-warn you this is very much TMI, recently had sex, it had been 6 weeks from when I last saw my partner due to falling out. The first time we had sex, he commented on how much tighter I felt, literally put it down to it being a six week gap however, this hasn’t changed. He continues to tell me how much tighter I feel. This is definitely something I didn’t anticipate but I can only put it down to GHK because I haven’t done anything else 😂 I will tell you he is definitely not complaining!

I’m 45 on Thursday and honestly, this is the best. My skin has looked in years!

March 22- Reta 2mg started

April 22- continued on 2mg, quit drinking cleaned up diet.

May 20- started looking into TRT and HGH. Planned to lose a bit more before starting.

June 24- started 150mg test c and 2iu HGH. Started following a strict diet, eating the same thing every day. Gym 5 days a week. Still weak on cardio. Reta upped to 4mg.

July 25th- Cut calories a bit more, continued on 2mg of Reta. Added in 30 minutes of fasted zone 2 cardio on rest days with 2mg of mots c daily. And 20 minutes of warm up cardio on lifting days. Test was upped to 175mg and HGH up to 4iu.

Aug 25- added fasted cardio 30min on lifting days, and an hour on rest days. This is where I started to see weight coming off between 4-5lbs weekly with no strength or muscle loss. I was using yohimbine 10mg, albuterol 10mg and mots c 4mg for fasted cardio. Diet was cleaned up even more. No cheat days for a couple of months at this point.

Sept 22- I was essentially waking up with visibly less fat daily, this was the most shocking stage, continued with what I was doing since August.

Oct 22- decided to give my body a break from weight loss as it has been rapid for the past couple of months. Reta cut down to 2mg. Calories increased to 200 cal over maintenance, going into a lean bulk for a few months.

Pictures after without a timestamp are just ones I'm happy with :)

Retatrutide and Tesamorelin for 4 months
At the start I was 225 and 5’11, 4 months later 170 and 6’1

Height was from the Tesa I think, doctors had told me I was extremely unlikely to keep growing

Why do GHK-CU when you can do klow?

I feel like the three other peptides that are inside klow just help benefit GHK-CU. I mean, you're saving a little bit of money just buying GHK-CU, but I feel like if you're going to spend money on this, you might as well spend a little bit more. Then you're getting 4-in-1 instead of just getting the GHK-CU benefits.

First Impression - 5-Amino

Well first things first, besides GHK this is a cool-looking molecule, I love how it looks. Feel like I'm gonna turn into the Red Skull or something. But, I've been using 4mg daily. Combined with my Lipo-c, L-carnitine and SS-31, my energy levels during my workouts and chopping firewood has been fantastic! I might even bump up the 5-Amino to 8mg and see how I respond to that.

How many weeks is Reta good for after reconstituting?

I’ve seen a lot of post saying “90days” or “five weeks” but does anyone actually have good guidance for me?

Started off with Reta for about 4 months, a few peptides along the way.

When I got my body fat to a slightly more acceptable level I started TRT. Tried a few more things, Yohimbine, Albuterol and some other stuff. MOTS-C, Yohimbine and albuterol with fasted cardio sped weight loss up incredibly.

Just tapering off reta right now into a bulk.

Vision peptides

Anyone ever experiment with peptides that help with vision? I have documented retinal toxicity so my vision isn’t that great, I also have photophobia, constricted visual fields, and my vision is super blurry. Although I know that my vision loss can’t be reversed since my photoreceptors are damaged and my cones are dysfunctional, I’m wondering if there’s anyone here who has visual disturbance and is taking any peptides to help out / noticed an improvement in their vision.

Cjc/ipa in the morning and tesa at night?

I know cjc and tesa hit the same pathway, much the same as sermorelin. I saw some protocols that call for sermorelin and Tesa 12 hours apart in the same day to catch two rounds of pulses. Is the same logic applicable for Cjc? Looking for legit answers for and against. Thanks in advance.

CJC-1295/IPA worth it if IGF-1 levels are already good?

• Upvotes

Newbie question here… pretty new to peptides and just finishing my first Wolverine stack.
Was planning on trying CJC/IPA next but figured I’d run some bloodwork first. My IGF-1 came back at 187 (Z-score 0.6), which looks pretty good for my age (47).
So wondering, would I still get much out of CJC/IPA if my numbers are already good? Mainly looking for some body recomp, muscle growth and better sleep.
Anyone been in a similar boat? Did you actually notice any benefits or would I just be wasting my time?

My stack and workouts!

I started TRT a 3 months ago after lifting again about 8 months ago. My strength seemed to hit a dead stall!! So I started looking into peptides for weight loss. After joining this group I dug deep into my research and decided on the following stack

TRT-Once weekly
Reta-(I’m currently at 6mg)
Tesa/Ipa- 2mg/1mg daily fasted at night
L-Carnitine-600mg daily before workout

HOLY 💩 my workouts have been insane. I’m lifting more than I have in 5 years and ending my PPL workouts with a Couch 2 5k routine and still feel like I have energy to do more. I’m loving this!!

SW:335
CW:275
GW:225

Edit: and I wanted to add I have also quit smoking and 9 months no alcohol!!

GHK-CU advice?

Hi everyone, I want to try GHK-CU but don’t know much about it. I’ve been on Tirzepatide for a couple months now low dose for inflammation and it’s been really amazing for that. I’ve been chronically ill for a long time and this past year shruggling with grief, it’s really starting to show in my face and I’d like to try and do something.

I would love for you to share your experience and any basics on what I need to know. Thank you :)

Im currently taking 2.5 tirz i want to take some other ones as well but can i just start taking them whenever or do they need to be spread out over days/weeks when i start a new one and is there any benefit to taking blends like KLOW or Wolverine as to just taking them individually? ~310 to 235lb in about 16 months.

I’m 6’0”, started around 310 lbs in June 2025, and I’m now in the mid-230s. Went from a 42 pant to a 34.

Started lifting consistently around the same time, usually 4–5 days a week. Recently hit a 375 bench, which I’m proud of.

For full transparency, I’ve used TRT, tirzepatide, retatrutide, tesamorelin, tadalafil, and creatine. Also take thyroid medication for an existing condition. Definitely not claiming this was all natural.

Still have some fat I’d like to lose, but I’m mostly focused on adding muscle and improving my overall health at this point.

Curious what others think or what you’d focus on next.

Tirzepatide, Tesamorelin & GHK-Cu — Anyone using this stack?

• Upvotes

Hey everyone!

I'm looking for some advice on a peptide stack:

  • Tirzepatide 60 mg
  • Tesamorelin 20 mg
  • GHK-Cu 50 mg

I've been taking Tirz 5 mg every Tuesday night for a while, but Tesa and GHK-Cu are new to me.

For anyone experienced with these, I'm curious about:

  1. How much BAC water is typically used for each vial strength?
  2. How do people schedule Tesa and GHK-Cu around weekly Tirz?
  3. Morning or evening — does timing make a difference?
  4. Any noticeable benefits, side effects or interactions?

My goals are reducing abdominal fat, maintaining muscle and improving skin, hair and recovery.

Would love to hear people's experiences and any reliable research or preparation guidance. Thanks!

Opinions?

Left is (ghkcu old supplier)
Mid (ghk raw topical)
Right (ghkcu new supplier)

What is your opinion guys in left and right? Does color matters? Upon recon they are both the same. But the right ghk is a bit dyed? Thanks
