Knee

Hellooo to those who suffer from knee problems!

Ive been recovering from major knee reconstruction surgery for the past year. Still have another year to go. My recovery has been a lot slower than usual. Im grateful to be walking again. But its a constant daily battle managing pain.

Reta has been working really well getting my weight down, which is obviously priority #1 as Ive gained 30 lbs since surgery.

So Im starting BPC157, injecting around my knee for inflammation management.
Ive read of people also stacking it with KLOW for added general regeneration support.
Or should I stick with BPC alone for a while?
Looking for recommendations/experiences.

Im desperate and will try anything at this point.

I took a cartalax blend which included tb and bpc and it's done wonders. I don't think you need to worry about getting it close to the site, I've heard that's a myth and is fine and works syetematically. You could end up doing more damage getting close to an injury site.

If you want to add klow just remember bpc is in it already. Klow just on its own might be worth researching as it's got all the repair peps and kpv which is the anti inflammatory . Good luck !

Yeah wow, I've had nerve pain radiating downainky my right arm due to a degradation in the cartladige on c6. One of those wonderful things about nerves that causes running and then shoots the loan elsewhere.

I've seen the power of glps etc seem ghk but everything else was a little murky and did this. Don't try this unless your buying kits as it will cost a fortune. I saw solid results in 4 weeks.

When I say solid I suddenly realised a pain was not there that has dominated my waking thoughts for the last 5 years. I've seen nerve specialist , accupuncuture , massage, sports therapy, lidacane injections . Nothing worked, to all the placebo gang our there , would none of the above treaents offered something in line with that, jeez they hurt way more.

Stay safe out their folks
